"I don't understand you, sir," I said. "I know you are confused, but you can follow me now, and I will explain everything to you," he told me. Even though I have no desire to live anymore, I was engulfed in the current circumstances and became inebriated with the need to solve the enigma. I agreed to accompany the man, who kindly led me to a black Lamborghini and opened the door. I entered, and we took off. I was not concerned about who he was, because I had nothing to lose. We came to a stop in front of a white mansion, got out of the car, and went inside. "You could have explained to me without bringing me here," I told the gentleman while I looked around the apartment. The mansion is gorgeous, though not as large as the Lawsons'. "What I have to share with you will require us to sit and talk," Mr. Herman said. I was losing patience and said, "Alright, we're here now; start talking." "Please have your seat," he said. I sat down on the plush sofa; while the Lawsons have better ones at the mansion, I rarely sit on them unless I am requested to, which could be once every three years. Mr. Herman reached into his shelf, pulled out a file, and gave it over to me. Inside the file were photos of my mother and a man I had seen on television when I first started dating Adam, who considered him his idol. "He is Mr. Felix Benson, your biological father," he told me. "If he is my biological father, then where has he been all these years?" I asked. "Inside that file is a letter from him to you. Maybe that will explain things to you,” he explained. Even though I was attracted by the thought of being born to a wealthy man, I couldn't help but despise him. Nonetheless, I quickly realized I needed the money. "Where is Mr. Benson now?" I inquired. "He is late; he willed all his assets worth over 50 billion dollars to you as his only surviving child, including his conglomerate," commented Me. Jackson Herman. I waited for a moment and began to absorb his words. "A few months ago, I was a slave with insufficient social standing to marry into the Lawsons' family, but now I am a billionaire heiress. I didn't care about Mr. Felix Benson or his money, but for a second, I thought to myself, "If the Lawsons' find out I am a 50 billion dollar owner, they will accord me more respect." "If you come with me to the United States, I will execute an assent in your favor in respect of all the properties," Herman stated to me. The remarks had a powerful impact on my faith, and I couldn't help but smile. I started to believe that fate had something more in store for me. "I guess I will need time to think about it," I said. "You can take your time, but in the meantime, you can have this credit card; it has about 500,000 dollars inside, and the pin is 5090," he continued, presenting the card to me. It seemed as if I had been given a weapon, and I wanted to wield it on the Lawsons for stealing Adam and my child away from me. I sensed Adam's love for me over the years, and I felt that they had something on him to justify giving up our lovely life, and with this money in my hands, I could win him back. "Thank you; if you don't mind, I would love to take my leave now," I replied. "Okay, you can contact me whenever you want," he said. "I will definitely keep that in mind," I said, walking away. The first thing that sprang to mind was the need to show Adam who I had become and force him to beg me. I stepped up to a nearby salon and demanded a good and expensive hairstyle, which was created for me after around four hours. I then went to a mall and purchased an expensive pair of clothes. I took those clothes, got in a cab, and stopped at the nearest motel. I reserved a three-day stay and spread myself out on the bed, imagining Adam's possible reaction when he discovered I am the sole daughter of his wealthy idol. All night, I kept checking my watch. I was excited about the prospect of showing Adam the new me in the hopes that he would run after me. My world revolves around Adam, and without him, I'd rather end everything. As early as 6:40 a.m. the next morning, I freshened up, changed into one of the lovely and expensive outfits I had purchased the day before, and left the hotel. I considered taking a taxi to the Lawson's mansion, but I changed my mind. "They won't take you seriously if you go without an expensive car," I told myself. Instead, I took a taxi to the car shop. "Hello, Madam, may I help you?" inquired the sales representative. "I need a good and expensive car," I stated emphatically. "Alright, follow me," the man responded, and I followed him confidently. He showed me some Toyota cars, but I declined them all. "I need something more expensive and good-looking," I told him. The salesman had to pause and examine me from head to toe. My clothes may have persuaded him because they were all designers, from the gown to my shoes. The wristwatch was diamond-stoned. He showed out another parking spot: "Those over there are very expensive; they might cost you over $100,000 dollars," he said. "Let's go over there," I replied, prompting him to look at me again. I eventually decided on the latest Mercedes-Benz G-wagon, which costs $110,000. I handed out my card to him. With the look on his face, I could see he wasn't sure if I could afford the automobile. He summoned their point of sale machine and deducted the purchase price when I entered my pin. I guess he was astonished when the purchase went through. After the purchase, we completed and signed the necessary paperwork, and I was supposed to drive away, but I had a problem: I don't know how to drive a car. "Can you please find me a good driver? I don't mind paying $5,000 every day. "Oh really!" he replied, looking at me as if he were about to ask, “"How did you get the money you are spending?" "Alright then, I will get you somebody," responded the man. He took out his phone, made a few calls, and announced, "He will be here within the next 15 minutes." “Alright, thank you," I responded. After approximately eight minutes, a young man in his late twenties entered. "This is Mr. Gomez the driver,” the sales representative told me. “Gomez, this is the client I told you about," he told Mr. Gomez before returning to his duties. "Hello, Gomez. My name is Ariana. Please, if you don't mind, may we go?" I spoke and asked. "Please hand over the key, madam," he replied. I handed him the keys, and he opened the car door for me. I smiled, feeling quite important, and got into the car. He sat in the driver's seat, started the engine, and pulled out of the company. I noticed his smirk as he adjusted the steering. "Where are we heading to?" He asked. "Follow you left and keep going straight," I directed. I guided him to the Lawsons' mansion, and just as I approached the mansion, I noticed Adam's car driving outside and headed in another direction. "It is better to meet Adam first outside the mansion," I persuaded myself. I instantly directed Gomez to follow his automobile, which he did. He drove a long way and then came to a stop. I decided it was better to get out of the car and show him who I had become.
