Chapter 12 - Rose POV
Right when I dared to approach the mystery man, he is pulled away by a gorgeous girl with red hair and brown eyes. Looking at them from afar, his expression towards her is clear that he doesn’t want anything to do with her but she still looks at him like she’s a lovesick puppy. When she has been pulled away from a man I assume is Damion because of his eyes, I regain my courage and approach him once again. “Uhm excuse me, have we met somewhere before?” What the heck Rose what a great conversation starter, I say to myself. When he quickly turns around, the world stops at the moment our eyes meet one another.
Emilios POV
I am speechless towards her because of her beauty has me blown away. I feel my heart beating against my chest, regaining my composure, I answered her, “Yes I think we meet a while back, I’m friends with Lucas who I assume is dating your coworker Emily,” I say to her. “Oh yes I remember now, but last time I didn’t introduce myself, how rude of me, my names Amara-Rose Rodriguez its a pleasure to meet you, sir,” she says sticking her hand out to me. Quickly taking her hand, it’s soft against my skin. “The pleasure is all mine Amara, the name is Emilio Cruz but you can call me Milo for short,” I say with a big smile. “Rose, just call me Rose please,” she says smiling, showing off her dimples even with all that makeup on her.
