CHAPTER 4

Rose's POV

We were now in my car and heading home , it was quite late and I knew my brother was going to have my head.

It was quite and I knew why.

"So , looks like you guys have a crush on someone special" I sang extra cheerfully . I know these two had been eyeing friends of Damien the whole time , the blush on the cheeks made it more noticeable. Even the playboy Tyler had pink ears just by looking at Blake.

"No." , Carol mumbled still dazed . My guess still in thoughts about zeke. I don't know what his problem was but he didn't quite like me I think but , I am not gonna judge , he must had his reasons.

"Can we just stop this topic , by the way I saw how you were looking at Damien too." , Tyler Said.

"What , no pstt I was just looking at him with curiosity , because he seems a bit different and not only him all three of them do.", I said.

Carol looked deep in thoughts so we asked what's wrong but she didn't reply. I was The driver seat so I couldn't turn back but Tyler snapped his finger in front of her face at that ladies and gentlemen got her from lala land.

From the blush on her cheeks I knew what she was thinking about , me and Tyler both smirked at her.

"Guys It is not wh-AHHHHHHHHH LOOK OUT!" , she suddenly cut herself of and screams , I look to what she saw but a blinding light came and I lost control of the car. The last thing I remember before slipping into the darkness was the ringing sound in my ear and screams of my friends telling me to open my eyes.

                            Damien POV

Zeke , Blake and I were following the car in which our mates were. We were not in a car but following on foot , how we kept up you may ask? Well super speed that over takes a car going in full speed also was useful now.

We weren't seen by them , to any supernatural creatures we would be a faint blur but to any human we would be like a slight breeze and nothing else , so they could not see us.

"Guys , I think I should freeze the car , so we can easily take them out and go.", Blake said.

We agreed.

Blake put his hands in the front and chanted a spell and soon the car came to a stop but what happened next was not at all expected.

The car came to a stop for a second and soon a blinding light was produced which cause the car driver who was my Rose , to lose control of the car and they crashed in the near by tree.

The three of us came of our abrupt shock and I was in rage.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!?" , I question or more like yell at scared looking Blake.

"Omg , I forgot that magic or powers don't work on mates." , Blake said .

Yes , it's true our ancestors , the gods and goddesses had made mates and if one of both of them have magic and a strong powers that could hurt the other mate (even by accident) , they made that power or strength work opposite if applied on their mate. It's rare for mates to hurt each other so it never really affected anyone. It was more of a safety precaution.

If the mates have magic and they apply to their mates but if the magic and the intention means no harm then it works , but the wrong way applied makes it opposite. Blake wanted to stop the car the sudden jerk could have hurt his mate thus the opposite happened and the car instead of stopping raced and crashed.

"IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY MATE I WILL KILL YOU!" , I threaten him.

" It was not my fault I forgot the mate rule over magic." , Blake begged trying to sound sound innocent.

"It is your fault my mates car crashed." I say.

" No it was not , I was just trying to freeze it!" , Blake says frustrated.

Zeke mumbling didn't help decrease my painc and we got in a fight.

We soon heard two groans and turned our way towards the car.

We rushed and saw that Carol and Tyler were unharmed but just barely conscious.

I saw in the drivers seat and looked at rose , my heart dropped. Her head was bleeding and she was unconscious . I quickly took her out and carried her in my arms. Seeing her in this state caused my beast to whimper . Yes , the all mighty beast whimpered looking at the current state of his mate.

I growled at Blake who seemed guilty looking at his queen. He had Tyler in his arms and zeke had Carol.

"Let's go , I got some mutt to teach a lesson to." I Said angrily looking at Blake.

I then chanted a spell and the gateway to hell , my home , opened.

Finally I have you now my queen.
