His face lit up when he saw me, “I felt your love guiding me out there.” He kissed my neck as he took my hand and we left for the parking lot. We got into his car and drove the few minutes to the main street, we walked arm in arm greeting everyone and stopping every few steps so people could congratulate Liam. After a few hours I whisper into his ear. “Feel like getting away to somewhere a little more private?” I smile as he notices my meaning; he grabs my hand and pulls me thru the crowd back to his car. We drive to the tallest hill in town and park the car, we start making out when I feel a rush of energy start surging thru my body. “Hey are you ok?” Liam asks, I lean back trying to breath. “No, no I’m not.” He takes me home, I tell him to go back to the party, and that I will feel better in the morning. I go inside and lay down on the couch and pass out, again my dreams turn to nightmares but this time it’s different my hands turn into claws that I’m slashing people with. I wake up screaming but I look around and see that I am at home in the lounge room. “Mom? Dad?” I call out as I look at the clock its 4:25am, I look down at my hands and they are covered in blood so I walk over to the mirror only to see I’m covered in blood from head to toe. “MUM!” I scream, I turn to go into her room when I see pools of blood leading the way there. I am so scared but when I reach my parents room, I see their bloody and torn bodies on the floor. I start screaming, I run over to my mum and hug her lifeless body as I cry. Then the room is flashing red and blue, I look out the window to see a police car outside with a man talking to them. “I could hear a young girl screaming at her parents, I think she might have hurt them.” What? No, I did not do this I thought to myself but with how I looked. I quietly ran to my room and grabbed my bag and a few clothes then ran out the back door. The tears wouldn’t stop coming, I fell a few times but I quickly made my way to the town limits. I hitched a ride to the nearest city, which was a little over 4 hours away. I went straight into the bank I was so nervous that people would be looking for me; I walked up to the teller. “Can I help you miss?” She said softly, I pulled out my id. “I would like to empty my account please.” I said softly, she smiles sweetly at nods and me. She types on her computer then looks back at me. “The full amount?” “Yes please.” She continues typing then she walks away into the back, my body tenses I pray she isn’t calling the police but to my relief she comes back up to the corner with 2 large thick yellow A4 envelopes. “$2,428,585.” She says quietly as she hands them to me, I sign for it then leave. I repeat this in five other banks, totalling $11.9 million dollars. I hitch a ride out of the city in a bus filled with senior citizens; I stick to myself and keep my head down. I get off a few towns over to find another ride; I pay the driver and go into the nearby diner.
