Chapter 40 – Unknown Encounters Keira My wet, trembling hands were wrapped around the steering wheel of my car. Tears spilled down my cheeks and onto my lap as I drove awake from the Millrose Lake. My view was a blur, I couldn’t see anything except for darkness and a black road ahead of me. I had no idea where I was going, I was lost and scared. Alcohol was running in my blood and I was completely drunk. The sickness in my stomach rose quicker than I thought.
