Chapter 35 – Rain Rain Go Away

The weather was extremely cold. I had trouble while driving myself to Russell Properties for work. The rain was heavy, and my car could barely work anymore. It would be any second now my engine would snap, and I would be stranded in middle of heavy Denver traffic.
Thankfully, it never happened.
With a sigh, I parked my car and rushed upstairs. I was thrilled to work and see Sebastian again. It was becoming a habit of mine. Ever since Sebastian came into my life, I dropped away all my dirty and dangerous habits. It had been so long that I tasted alcohol that I almost forgot how it felt like being drunk.
The day went by quickly than I expected. People were enjoying the rain instead of working so I was free most of the time.
