Why I'd Rather Be Wrong

     Have you ever asked yourself about who you really are? Or what you really are? Life is a tree full of twisted branches, yet it has a root and it has a purpose, everything happens for a purpose. Sometimes, there's something that must happen, triggering and leading us to what we are looking for, searching for. Heart and emotions indeed interfere with mind and logic, and it's really scary, tricky, and merely difficult. The truth will truly hurt you today because it mitigates the pain of tomorrow. Being yourself is one of the bravest things a person can do, but what if doing so makes your family, friends, and society itself hate you? Would you still rather? People fear, hate, and despise what they don't understand, and those things that they believe for themselves are unnatural or abnormal. Not knowing what it's like to be under the shoes of those certain people. If we were able to choose certain things, we would rather choose the best option, right? The option that won't make people be against you. But, there are things that we can't change, even if people tell you that you could, like it's all easy as pie, but it's truly not. Nature changes, and we can't change nature. And just like nature itself, all we have to do is to appreciate it, accept it, and cherish it, even though there are certain factors that would just abuse you, destroy you, and bring you down. But in the end, they'll just see one's purpose and worth, after it's gone.
