The walk back to our makeshift shelter is mostly peaceful, especially when you don't dwell on the part where my hair is still dripping down my back and my clothes are clinging to me in all the wrong places. Oh, and also the tiny detail that Jasper didn't just see me completely, totally naked few minutes ago.
But, you know what!? It's not a big deal.
I mean, Jasper will not bring it up. He will try to be a decent human being for once, and let the whole thing fade into the past where it belongs. I hope.
