Jasper's POV; I'm sitting on a flat rock a little distance away, inspecting the tension in the bowstring. It's not much of a weapon, at least not yet, but it serves as a distraction for me as Thea gets her fill of splashing around like a kid who has never seen water in her life. I have to admit, the waterfalls we stumbled upon is straight out of a storybook. Water flows down from the rocks before crashing into a crystal-clear lagoon which sparkles thanks to the dappled sunlight. The edges of the pool are shallow to allow perfect wading, but the water darkens as it approaches the base of the waterfall, hinting at something deeper. Thea wastes no time kicking off her boots and leaping inside the water. She squeals when the cool water hits her skin. That, I was expecting, of course. What
