Thea's POV;
I know what you are thinking. You are probably thinking I'm weak. Naive. Forgiving. The kind of girl who will let a guy walk all over her and then hold the door open for him to do it again. I get it. I'd think the same if I were you. But you're wrong. This isn't about forgiveness or second chances. This is about me - not him, not us, and certainly not whatever excuse he is about to cough up. I need answers. Closure. I need to hear it straight from the same lips that whispered promises and then kissed someone else.
Jasper grabs my arm suddenly and pulls me to the side. "Thea, come on," he says, his voice low but urgent. "You don't need to do this. Shawn is just trying to weasel his way back into your life. Don't give him that chance."
"I'm not giving him a chance," I say firm
