Mia’s POV The words in front of me seemed to blur together as my tired eyes begged for rest. I shook my head, hoping it would shake away my tiredness but my eyes rebelliously drooped as I read the same sentence again for the tenth time. I had to find answers. I didn’t have time for sleep. I wasn’t even sure if it was even safe to do so. What if that man came after me again but this time succeeded? I shook my head again, shifting in the seat to try and wake up again and tried to continue reading.
