Chapter 1
The sun light shone in Christine's eyes as her mom opened the blinds.“Ugh mom I was having such a nice dream, I dreamt that I was the owner of Starbucks and... ”. “Come on, now get ready quickly, otherwise you'll be late for school again, " interrupted her mom(Anna).“Oh mama you don't know the feeling of satisfaction one gets by going late to school, it's one of the best feelings in the world, ” Christine started giggling uncontrollably. “Look Christine this is the third day in this week that you are going late to school, your dad wouldn't be pleased, hurry up and come down for breakfast, ” her mom exited her room and closed the door behind her.
(Christine was the only child of Mr and Mrs Brown. She was very cheeky, as her parents love and pampering had spoiled her. She was 21 years old but acted like she was 16. She always got what ever she wanted. All she had to do was pout sadly infront of her father and he would give her whatever she wanted. She loved to play video games and fashion. She had several designer items in her closet yet she didn't know how to do a single household chore.)
Christine went into the bathroom and freshened up. She then dressed up in a pastel purple coloured butterfly crop top and a pair of high waisted jeans. “Ah a little gloss and we are good to go," she murmured to herself. She was so pretty that she didn't even need makeup. She grabbed her bag and bounced out of her room and into the dining room.
Her breakfast consisted of pancakes with maple syrup, an apple and her favorite strawberry smoothie. After eating she opened the fridge, grabbed some strawberries and packed them in her bag. She loved eating strawberries that's why her parents always made sure that there were tons of them in the fridge.
Her dad drove her to school. She got off the car and kissed her dad good bye. Christine was one of the top and richest students in school. However, she never bragged about it.
Boys would follow her all around in school and girls would kill just to become her friend. Christine had only one bestie, Sarah. Sarah was opposite Christine. She wasn't rich and wasn't popular. She wasn't even a socializing person. When she had joined their university two years ago, students made fun of her appearance but Christine taught them all a lesson by making ,Sarah her best friend. Now nobody had the guts to say anything to Sarah. Christine made Sarah look better as she always took Sarah shopping with her and bought her expensive clothes. Sarah often came to Christine's house for sleepovers. They were the best of friends. Christine would always say “you know I really love you, when I share my strawberries with you,” and the two would end up giggling.
