“I’m not letting you discharge yet. You need a complete bedrest! I always keep telling your husband to avoid stressing you out! This is the second time, Althea! And I don’t want to have a third time! You’ll be staying here for a few more days!” Sabi ni Dra. Carol. Matalim ang tingin niya kay Rafael na iniiwas naman ang mukha. I sighed and nodded.
“I understand, Dra. Carol.” Ngumiti siya. She told me more what I need to do to take care of myself. Since kakapasok ko lang ng second trimester and stable naman ang bata. She also said that when the mother is stressed, the baby is also stressed so I need to avoid everything that will cause me to feel stress.
“Iwan mo ang asawa mo kung siya ang reason ng stress mo, okay?” Nakangiting sabi ni Dra. Carol. Napailing na lang ako.
