Chapter 19It's lucky that I didn't have to find Jean-Luc's place on my own, because it's so far off the beaten track. If Siobhan wasn't with me, I wouldn't know that the narrow path which winds its way up and around the mountain leads to anything other than goat shelters. It's with some surprise that I see a wide hanging valley suddenly open up in front of us. A flat green plain stretches out across the mountainside and the house stands to one side of it. There are clothes lines attached to a hook on the side wall of the house and they run between two spindly trees; Yvonne is hanging washing on the line when we arrive.
