Chapter 24By nine o'clock, every pitch is taken and most people have set up their stalls. The Charity Committee has raised over twelve hundred euros, and on top of that, many of the local charities are represented with individual stalls. There are children's charities, cancer charities, and several different animal charities, not to mention charities to raise funds for everything from a school rugby team to a senior citizens' singles club.
