Entry 014

I woke up today with my puffy eyes and tear-stained face. I hurriedly prepared for school and when I was about to take my bath in the communal bathroom, Dino came in view. His hair was disheveled as if he never combed it when he woke up. It looked good on him but I won’t talk to him. I’m still mad, fuming mad.

I slowly stepped inside the bathroom but I almost shouted when Dino entered too. This man!

“You! Perve—“

“I never have any intentions of taking a bath with you, okay? I won’t lay any finger on you either. It’s just that you’re too stubborn for treating me like I’m a bad air. It seemed to me that you wished that I shouldn’t exist in the first place, that you never want to talk to me. And so I’m here, now that you finally notice my existence, care to share what happened yesterday?” he recited like a kid. I secretly smiled inside my mind. He was just too cute to be ignored.

“Fine. I’ll talk to you later. Just…”

“What?” he asked with full compassion.

“Just go out of this bathroom and let me take a decent bath. Is that possible?” I replied with utter sarcasm. He just grinned and nodded enthusiastically.

“As you wish, milady.”

I told him everything that happened in school when I finished taking my bath. All he did was shook his head like what I said was very unbelievable. In the end, he apologized.

In school, everyone was looking at me and it made me even more pissed. Others were calling my name and I really hated it. What now? My secret little scheme of ‘blending in’ will never be advisable anymore. For all I know, they’re all mocking me for singing such an ugly piece.

I went home with a heavy heart. I wonder when this all embarrassment would ever end.
