Chapter Twenty Two:
"Pull over, Jax!" I instruct for the second time, being a lot more firm about it compared to the last time and she finally finds a spot to park the car.
She breathes out loudly and lowers her head into her palms like she is the one who has been ambushed.
I do not get it. I do not get the obsession more than anything, the obsession with getting me to not be the third wheel all the time anymore when after I made it so clear that I did not mind it. I also do not get what the special case with this Ryan is, I stopped myself from doing my own investigation yesterday and I do not need someone feeding me the very same information that I was avoiding.
"Okay, I know you feel like I am being unfair and very inconsiderate right now but-"
