Chapter Twenty One: And then there came an unwarranted ultimatum
I turn to my side to get a really good look at her, her face to be exact. I know what to look for. It is usually really easy to tell when she is being serious or when she is just messing around, and from what I notice when I take a close look at her, she is definitely not being serious right now.
"Ha ha ha! Okay, okay... That would be absolutely annoying you know? You are full of jokes so can you just tell me what you are actually high on?" I shake my head and takes her eyes off the road really quickly to look at me with a look just screaming "huh?" and I narrow my eyes.
