Crystal and Felicity were whispering together, glancing around in confusion. “This doesn’t normally happen,” Felicity comments. People start calling out again to sell flowers, chocolates, and a few other things as the intermission goes by. After about 10 minutes the lights dim, the ballet teacher coming out to introduce the dancers and give a little explanation on the meaning of their piece before they performed.
Melonie felt a bit restless, wondering why Alpha Abrahms was smiling that the results had been interrupted. And why was he smiling at her even though his gaze was avoiding her before that? The performance comes to an end and everyone gives the proper applause, Melonie doing so as well. It was only polite, afterall.
A few minutes pass before Alpha Abrahms enters the stage again.
