Before I knew, we were standing in front of Lauriel’s house. No one spoke a word all the way but I’m pretty sure the mage has been done. Harold still got the stares but he hung in there, full of pride and everything. ‘Nina, the only reason I didn’t want you to stay back with us was because I was worried about you. Hope you understand that?’ and I stepped onto Lauriel’s porch. She looked annoyed but I don’t think she is that bothered about it anymore. The door was unlocked, so I just walked in nonchalantly but it was a mistake and I was too late to understand that fact. ‘I mean, I know I haven’t been around much but you could have atleast not drenched me, Lau. Now I have to change these bandages’. I mean, it’s not much of a greeting but I guess its kind of warm at least. ‘Renae isn’t here
