"You didn't need to send money, Ady. I told you that I have more than enough for Ara and me," I said over the phone.
Despite my clear refusal, Ady ended up sending a significant amount of money to us. He insisted that we should use it for our daily expenses.
I, personally, did not need it at all. I was earning well in my career, and I had savings—plenty of savings, in fact. Being someone who isn't the lavish spender type and not having a family to support, I simply didn’t have the need to spend large amounts of money. My financial priorities revolved around only providing for myself and occasionally donating to charity. That’s how I chose to use the money I earned as a designer.
