I felt a gentle vibration near my head as I slowly fluttered my eyes open to the soft morning light.
When I glanced at the time on the bedside clock, I noticed that it was just 5:30 a.m.
I considered sitting up, but an arm wrapped around my waist prevented me from doing so.
Devon was hugging me tightly from behind, his warmth enveloping me.
I attempted to shift, but as I did, he snuggled closer against my back, his hold on me tightening.
