Amethyst’s POV
The warm ray of sunlight streamed through the window and hit my face, prompting me to instinctively cover my eyes with my hands in response to the brightness.
At that moment, I immediately felt Devon's hands sliding around my waist as I shifted in bed.
Trying to shake off the remnants of sleep, I slowly got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom to wash up.
Once refreshed, I headed into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Ara, Devon, and myself.
After a moment of deliberation, I decided to make some delicious waffles paired with a lovely assortment of freshly cut fruit.
Both Ara and Devon are quite fond of this simple yet delightful breakfast option, so I thought it would be perfect.
