Few days passed and the marriage day arrived everyone was ready and looking beautiful and royal. Tej, Janvi and Dadi came looking the real example of royalty. Then Omkara with Gauri and Shivaay with Anika entered looking ravishing in blue. In the end Rudra and Bhavya entered looking the cutest couple ever, they were wearing Red colour clothes. The marriage started and everyone sat near on tables watching the young couple tie the knot. Shivaay and Anika were reminiscing their marriage. A tear escaped from Anika's eyes, which went noticed from Shivaay's eyes. The marriage finished and Oberois went back to their hometown in their private jet. They reached Oberoi mansion and Janvi welcomed her youngest daughter-in-law with love and care. It was night and everyone was discussing their journey and sharing their Memories, then everyone slept.

The next day,

Oberoi family was having the breakfast together and then everyone was going on their respective works. Tej and Shivaay went to Office then Om went to his art gallery and Gauri went to her fashion house. Bhavya went on her show. While Anika left to meet her Granny then She was going on her office.

Anika went to her mansion and met her grandmother, then went towards her office. It was night when She was coming back when her car did accident with a truck. Some people spotted her car and took her to hospital while media covered instantly this news because she was a rich businesswomen.

In Oberoi mansion

Everyone was waiting for Anika to come back because they planned to go out to dinner. Shivaay was getting restless.

Om: calm down bhabhi will come.

Shivaay: Om, it's soo late.

Om: She might have some urgent work.

Shivaay: but Om she can't be so irresponsible.

Rudra: bro you are getting to hyper, chill and watch tv.

Rudra switched on the TV and put news. Everyone was shocked seeing the news and the headline said: " Anika Singh Oberoi met with a deadly accident and now she Is admitted to hospital". Oberois were tensed and Shivaay was standing shocked and earth slipped beneath his feet. They rushed to hospital and reached Anika's ward.

Shivaay: doctor, how Is Anika?

Doctor: mr. Oberoi your wife Is in critical condition. Just pray for her, She had huge blood loss, if don't wake up in the next two hours then we may lose her.

Shivaay: no, please save her.

Doctor went away and Shivaay was sitting there and cryiny and Om and Rudra hugged their brother and consoled him like always. Few minutes and doctor came and informed Oberoi family the unexpected.

Doctor: Sorry, mrs. Oberoi is no more!

Shivaay: no this can't happen.

Shivaay entered her Ward and saw his beautiful wife looking pale and she wasn't breathing, Shivaay sat near her and caressed her face .

Shivaay: please Anika get up. You are stubborn always doing whatever you want. ( With tears and his voice was broken); Anika you are looking very bad when you are quiet. Anika stop this joke and get up. Anika wake up damn It.( With angry tone). Anika please wake up.( Softly);

Suddenly Anika moved her fingers and murmured " shi... Shivaay". Shivaay was so happy and said: " thank God you woke up".

Then doctors entered and checked her and said She Is quite stabile but need bed rest. Shivaay assured the doctors that she will be fine.

After few days Anika was diacharged and Shivaay took so much care of her. Anika was falling for him and Shivaay's state was the same and he was eagerly waiting for the right moment to confess his love but he didn't knew a big storm was awaiting them.
