The Murders Of Portsland

A stormy, rainy night. Horrible for someone to go out that night too, there was a body in the pond half decomposed. The body had bruises all over it, it's face looked peaceful even though someone had killed them. They float gently across the pond patiently waiting for someone to come and find them. They want their death solved and want to rest in peace without having to worry their family. It's been there for 30 days, 25 were spent in the water. A flashlight then appeared, a young man in his twenties was walking his dog home and couldn't find his was home due to the severity of darkness. The flashlight shone on on the bodies' leg. The man didn't notice until his dog started barking and wanted to go towards it. He was dragged along by the dog until they stopped by the pond, the man shone his flashlight on to the river and there, the body was floating; finally discovered. He picked up his dog and ran to his home as fast as he could, he was nearly out of breath when he got home. He finally put his dog down on to the floor and he rang the police, he was very frightened and didn't want to go back to the pond. However, what he didn't know is that the body in the pond was his girlfriend, who went missing for a month. He dearly missed her and even thought she had run away to a different country. The next morning, the area was surrounded by police. They wouldn't know what would happen next. They thought it was a one off...
