Higgins was ready to leave to his base the next day. Tess woke out of thought on Torres and watched him packing.
"Leaving me here so soon?" she least expected.
"That's what it looks like but no worries, you are coming with me, " he assured.
"It's too early to leave. I need more time to rock Jamaica, " she demanded.
"In that case, you will stay. I will leave because the appointment I came for is redirected. So, don't expect me waste more time here, " he told.
"What about leaving some cash and your address with me when my stay is satisfied, I come over. Won't that be fine?" she
captured his mind with deceit.
He dropped a shirt on the bed and went to her.
"As long as you are grown to find me, " he erected.
She kissed him and took his phone.
"That's my phone with you, " he pointed.
"The meal is hot and I'm ready to serve you, " she played on his mind.
"I need the phone on another spot, " he watched.
"Mm- hm. I know. I want you to make the transfer while in me, " she pulled him with her hand between her legs. Nailing slowly, she gave him the phone. He made the transfer.
Torres freezed on editing and stationed a look on Pollard. He saw him on the mirror. He returned to the bed.
"That look has more than I know to tell. If only you can be truthful, I can help out. You know no peace on the inside. I can help you stop the fight, " he held a chocolate.
Torres showed him the number. He looked closely and laughed.
"Torres, this is the joke you traded your attention that birth worries in you, right?" Pollard chewed.
"Pollard, this isn't a joke. I barely know her and don't know what she want from me. Isn't that enough reason to worry?"
Torres put the screen awake.
"Grow up, Torres. I'm sure she mean no harm. Maybe she's got job for you or want some juice from you, " Pollard smiled.
"I fear for something, " Torres called his attention.
"You got no reason to fear. Can't you handle her?" Pollard waited an answer.
"Her waist is not a threat to me. I have handled what is worse, I never get worst. She is not tougher than me but... "Torres
hid it.
"Extract but. What does that signify?" Pollard walked to the wine bar.
"I'm not convince but this feels look real, " Torres pointed.
"What feel?" Pollard drank.
"I feel I know her but not with anyone, " Torres pointed to his notice.
"It means you don't know her. No dull moment. Get your chocolate gun ready to shoot, " Pollard advised.
"I must be on air in the next two hours, I got to go, " Higgins told.
She smiled at him.
"I will miss this, " Tess never meant it.
He hugged her and was ready to leave. She walked with him down stairs and waited till he was in a cab. She waved as the cab zoomed off and returned to the apartment.
"Whoa. I got cool cash, " she took her phone.
"I wish I can receive your call. I'm waiting to take your call, " she added looking on the phone.
She left for a shower.
"Do we still have enough time to stay here?" Torres was ready to assemble his belongings.
"It depends on you. For me, four months is enough for me to return, " Pollard told.
"I stay, " Torres decided.
"I thought you are ready to go, " Pollard guessed.
"Not until I eat the fish in the pond, " Torres meant it.
A shouting laughter.
"That's the spirit. Don't delay. Make the call. She is ready to take it, " Pollard assured.
Torres shut down the laptop.
"I put you on hold. I got job that needs my attention than you do, " Torres chose to forfend the distraction.
"Torres, I wanna play around. I will finally settle at our favorite spot. When you are done with her, you know how to find me, " Pollard told.
Torres nodded. Pollard toured closer to the door. A step to cross, "what if I don't come at all?"
"No biggie. I will apprehend the message. If it happen that you are ready to hit the pestle in the mortar, pen me a text. I will know you are ready to turn on the
light, " Pollard walked.
Torres laughed and took his phone. He typed the number and dialled. It rung. She hurried out mopping her body. She took the call.
A knock on the door.
"Please, hold. Come in, " she gave the order.
The door opened. A dude that was invited by a sugar mummy missed his way.
"I better call you back, please, " she ended the call.
He went in and jammed the door.
"What can I do for you?" she gave audience.
"I came to do you. I like the way I met you. Allow me give you something you would never wish to forget, " Lennon was ready.
"Have we met before?" she frowned.
"On phone, yes. Physically, no. I don't think so. We meet today, we've met for long, yes. That's what it is to me, " he was about
to sit beside her.
She put him on hold.
"Are you out of your mind?" she stood.
"I am Lennon. Aren't you my sugar momma?" he reminded.
"Wrong address. Get out!" her face wore another look.
"Oh, sorry. That was a mistake, " walked out.
