Thanksgiving 2010 was less than two weeks away, and Landon Kendal had no one to spend it with. He sighed, swirling his whiskey as he stared into the fireplace. He knew exactly who and what he wanted. But he’d already told Lizzie he would wait and wouldn’t push, and he meant it. Keeping his word on that score was slowly killing him, but he meant it.
