Lizzie finished her shift on time, which was not common at all, and headed to the airport. Landon’s plane was due to land around seven forty-five p.m. Glancing at the clock glowing in her dashboard, she calculated she’d arrive at the baggage claim area with about ten minutes to spare if traffic held.
