Marie POV I was locked up in a creepy room by my dad because I killed my mum at the age of six. In the room, I can't see light and the sun's rays because the room is too dark. I have escaped many times but I always be caught by my dad or his bodyguard. My dad locked me up because he did not want me to spoil his reputation as the king's bodyguard. People thought I was dead and that I never existed in the pack. They said that I had been possessed by demons that I killed my mom and I may kill them too. The king of the omega pack ordered my dad to kill me but he did not kill me. Today is my 18th birthday, Tears dripped from my eyes to my smooth cheek and I sat down on the cold floor. It is here I will spend my life and to death and I can't find my mate. While crying, I heard the door sound slightly open. I lifted my head and saw my dad's bodyguards. I was too weak to stand on my feet. They drag me out of the darkroom and keep on walking till we get to my dad's room. One of the bodyguards opened the door and we stepped in with the door closed. I smiled the moment I saw my dad sitting on the couch. He was going through the file in his hands. He dropped it on the table behind him and looked up. I just stood there like a weak vegetable and I was staring at him with my pretty eyes. " Today is your 18th birthday" He gritted his teeth together. I nodded my head and I was happy because my dad remembered my birthday. Since the day, I killed my mum. My dad never liked me since then but I love him. "Today, You are going to party tonight," He told me. I was shocked and confused by his words maybe I misheard him. "Dad, Which party are you talking about" l asked him softly. He glared at me angrily because I called him dad. "If you get to the party, don't you dare to call me dad or I will kill you " He threatened me angrily. I nodded my head and bowed my head to apologize. "So, you are wearing a mask to the party"He looked so angry. My dad ordered his bodyguards to take me to the maid. So, I will get prepared for tonight's party.
