"Guardian Jason, could you please leave me for a moment, please?"

Guardian Jason was a bit surprised at what Prince Zeus told him. It was the first time that the prince asked him a request like that. And he is a bit nervous about what the prince is thinking right now. It was almost a week since the prince was acting strangely.

"Is there any problem, Prince Zeus?" he seriously asked.

"I just want to be alone for a couple of minutes. Is that okay?" the prince answered.

Guardian Jason bowed his head as a sign of respect to his prince. As a general rule, he can't leave the prince alone. But he knows Prince Zeus and he can't say no to him.

"Just be careful, Prince Zeus. I will wait for you in your classroom," he said.

Prince Zeus smiled. "Thank you, Guardian Jason."

Guardian Jason bowed once again before walking away. Prince Zeus stared at his guardian and, after a few minutes, he started to walk. He saw the three most popular girls in the academy, sitting on the bench in the garden. He went to the three girls and sat beside the leader of the group, Athena.

"P-prince Zeus, good morning!" Athena greeted him as her heart skipped a beat because of the unexpected companion.

"Do you know Louise? What year and section is she?" Prince Zeus asked.

"Who's Louise?" Athena frowned. She knows most of the girls in the academy and she can't remember a girl named Louise.

"The girl you're not allowed to touch," Prince Zeus quickly answered.

"Oh! That girl? Well, I am sorry, Prince Zeus, because I don't know her. I also tried to find her but she's nowhere to be found. I believe that she's not really a student here," Athena said.

After the incident, Athena tried to find the ordinary girl that was saved by the prince. She couldn't accept that a normal girl like her caught the attention of one of the princes. She wants to teach the girl a lesson but unfortunately, until now, she can't find the girl. That's when she realizes that the girl is an outsider. Based on the dress she wore, Athena knew that she couldn't afford the tuition at the Universal Academy.

"Are you sure about it?"

"Of course Prince Zeus. I thought you knew her at that time, but it looks like you don't know her also. But why did you save her?" Athena asked. Since the prince talked to him, she would take the opportunity to ask.

The prince shook his head. "Nothing. As a prince, it's also my duty to correct your wrongdoings. Stop bullying others, Ms. Athena," he seriously answered.

“Why do I have this feeling that there is something between you and that girl?” Athena asked with a smirk on her lips.

But instead of being afraid, Prince Zeus also wears his smirk. “It’s like you don’t have respect for me, Ms. Athena. Do you forget that I am a prince?”

Athena suddenly becomes pale. She can’t utter any words because her heart beats fast. She also started sweating. She didn’t want to cause any trouble with any of the three princes and how could she become comfortable just because the prince asked her about the mysterious girl named Louise? Based in the eyes of Prince Zeus, he is furious and she’s afraid of what he might do to her.

“I am sorry Prince Zeus. I crossed the line. I will make sure that it will not happen again,” she said sincerely.

“Let’s have a deal then,” the prince said.

“What kind of deal?” she asked in a low tone.

“I will forgive you for your actions, but you need to do something for me. Find Ms. Louise and bring her to me,” the prince seriously said.

“And what if I didn’t find her?”

“Then you will face the consequences of disrespecting me,” the prince quickly answered.

“May I ask why you chose me?” Athena curiously asked.

“Because you are the most popular girl in the academy and I know you can find her because of your connections.”

Prince Zeus stood up because he already saw the other two princes. He once more glanced at Athena. “I want results, Ms. Athena, as soon as possible.”

He started to walk away and went to his friends. He was a bit surprised because of the mood of Prince Philip. The prince is smiling and obviously in a good mood. He just saw the smile of the prince once in a blue moon. And now he’s curious what is the reason behind those smiles.

“Looks like you’re in a good mood,” he said to Prince Philip.

“I am just happy. Am I not allowed?” the prince said.

“I also asked him and we got the same answer,” Prince James said.

Prince Zeus shook his head. He couldn’t believe the changes made by his friend. For once in their lifetime, he saw happiness in Prince Philip’s eyes. He should be happy but he can’t stop thinking. He was afraid that the prince might like someone else. Especially since he knew the prince tried to escape last night from the dinner meeting. Something is going on. He wants to know what it is but he doesn’t know where and when to start.

“Is it because of the girl named Thea?” he couldn’t help himself but ask.

Good thing that all the guardians are nowhere to find them. As Guardian Jason was already in the classroom, Prince Zeus didn’t know where the guardian of the two princes was. They can talk about other girls when guardians are not around.

“I don’t know if I am doing the right thing. But I think she likes me also,” Prince Philip admitted.

“Well, it’s expected already because you are a prince. All of the girls like us,” Prince James said in a matter-of-fact tone.

“You’re right. But Thea is different and I can’t wait for you two to meet her,” Prince Philip said.

“When will we meet her?” Prince Zeus asked.

“Sooner than you expected.”

“Should we trust you on this? Or maybe she is just part of your imagination,” Prince James said.

“I am not forcing you to believe me. But I am sure that she’s just not my imagination,” Prince Philip firmly said.

“But please don’t forget about the competition. We still needed to fight each other for the princess. No matter how many girls we can meet, still, our destiny belongs to the only princess of the Ember World,” Prince Zeus seriously said.

He must also remind himself about his destiny. Even if he meets Louise again, he still needs to prioritize the competition. He needs to win the heart of the princess of the Ignis Kingdom.
