Link & Loki

Scarlett When I woke up, he was gone. His scent lingered and it drove me crazy. I found myself caressing my neck where he had so forcefully grabbed me. I let my hand roam my body that he had affected so much. His hands on my skin were like fire burning me with every touch. I went to my most sensitive spot and rubbed it in circles as his tongue did last night. I let out soft moans and even called out his name, Colt. He was a strange one but I think that's what I liked about him. "Well, new day, time to forget," I said to myself after I finished playing with myself. I couldn't dwell on what happened. I couldn't be a schoolgirl with a crush. He was a wolf, an alpha at that. I sensed it in him. In his possessiveness, in his strength, and radiating power. His energy just screamed ALPHA! I bet he was the one I felt watching me yesterday. Now I wish I would have turned around. I got up and went to take a shower before I got dressed for class. I was kind of hoping this place had a uniform so I wouldn't have to keep borrowing clothes from Anna. I figured I would take Dasmine shopping one of these days. We both came here with nothing more than the clothes on our backs. "Good morning," Anna said sounding very chipper. "Hey," "You look nice," "Anna, these are your clothes," "I know, but you look so much better in them than I would," "Um, okay," I said trying to smile. "Did you think about our offer," Link said popping out of nowhere. "Um, no," I said. "Oh, shame, so will you allow us to be your familiar," Loki said. "No, my answer is no," I said. "Um, Scarlett, who are you talking to?" Anna asked. "You can't see them," "Nope, we chose you so only you can see us," Link said. "Unless we allow others too, or you allow us to," Loki added. "Whatever," I said annoyed. "These two idiots want to be my familiars but I don't want or need them." "Wait, what?" Anna said. "You already got approached by a familiar, not fair." "You can have them," I said. "No," Link and Loki said in unison. "No, they chose you," Anna told me. "Well, I don't want them, and it would be ashamed to let them go to waste," I explained. "You won't allow us to protect and guide you," Link said. "I don't need you," I said bluntly. "But, everyone needs a close friend and confidant," Loki said. "Especially when they are hiding a huge secret." Loki and Link looked at me with telling eyes. "Yeah, we know," Loki grinned like a Cheshire cat. "I can burn you two alive, you know," Anna looked at me puzzled when I said that to Link and Loki. "They are blackmailing me, don't worry." "Oh," Anna said. "So, we should get to class." "Yeah," "Okay, class today is a defensive training day. We have joined the witches and wolves for this exercise," our professor said. My eyes immediately looked around. "f**k," I thought to myself. "Looking for someone," Link said. "No, now go away," I shooed. "Oh, come on," Loki said. "Let us help." "Who are we looking for?" they both asked. "Him." They both pointed in his direction. "Stop that," I waved. I looked stupid because no one else could see them. I looked back in Colt's direction and noticed him looking at me. He quickly turned away when our eyes met. "So, what's the story," Link asked. "How did you know I wanted to find him," "We are connected," they said in unison "I didn't even say yes," "So," they said together. "We chose you. We want you." "Okay, just stop, please," "Let us be your familiars." they both said. I'll think about it, for now, just stop," I said. I needed to focus but my emotions were all over the place. I felt strange. I've never felt this way before. What the hell was wrong with me? "Okay, are we ready to spar," the professor said. "Oh great," I thought. "If you encounter a wolf in the wild, what do you do?" asked the professor. "Run, because they enjoy a good chase," Olivia said. I hated that blonde b***h. "Well, thank you for volunteering Olivia," the professor said. "Now we need a witch." "Why not her," Olivia said pointing to me. "Excellent," the professor said. "Miss Scarlett." I walked forward and stared down Olivia. "Now, get ready," the professor said. "Do you want us to help," Link and Loki said. "No," I said. Olivia shifted and ran towards me in the blink of an eye. I let her pin me even though I saw everything happen at normal speed. "Miss Scarlett, you are supposed to use defense magic," the professor said. "I rather kill her," I thought. "Us too," Link and Loki said. "Stay out of my head," I shouted at them through my mind. "Let's try this again," the professor said. Once again she pinned me to the ground. I could tell her and her wolf were smirking at me. She thinks she is stronger than me, now that is truly funny. The professor got annoyed that I wasn't trying to defend myself so he had someone else go. The entire time I could feel Colt's eyes on me. He almost looked worried and angry. After our first class, we went to our lectures and then back to learning spells and summoning practices. It was exhausting, to say the least. My thoughts were filled with distractions and memories. It was hard to put aside what happened last night but Colt seemed to be doing okay. And here I thought it was me who was going to have a breeze forgetting what happened. "Let's practice summoning magic?" Reese said. His eyes were smiling at me. He always looked like he was up to something but I guess he hid his cards well. "Whatever."
