Young Timeus woke up with the sticky liquid on his body and the smell of rot and rust was entering his nose. He rubbed his nose with his hand only to smell the rusty smell. He knitted his brow and pouted cutely because the smell and the sticky feeling didn't feel good at all. His body ached as the place he was laying down was too hard and sticky.
He opened his eyes and adjusted his vision to the dim light. He then realized that he was on the floor, and on his right side was a bed, and left was the door.
On the bed, a sound of gnawing on something was heard. He didn't like that sound because it was awful.
The bed also had a dark shade of color that seemed dark red. Varying from a small to a big one. Like paint that accidentally poured on it.
As he roamed his eyes in the dissatisfied matter, his pupil shrunk because he saw a very monstrous look of a guy, sitting on the bed, holding an arm, as he treated it like a fried chicken, enjoying eating and gnawing on it.
Young Timeus held his mouth as he tried not to shout, his heart accelerated and his breathing became fast, he was having a hard time taking in air, his whole body shook as he felt horrified at the person on the bed, not because he looks scary but because the thing he was holding on his hand.
The man had exposed meat, on its hand, was puss and worm. He could even smell rotten meat, the eyeball was already shown without any eyelids. His head was covered with a high gray hat and you could see some black hair and red meat. He wore a gray coat as he concentrated on eating. Half of his face, which only had an eyeball, was burned while the other couldn't be seen.
Young Timeus had a hard time digesting things but he knew what to do. He needed to run fast, hide from this hideous monster else he would be eaten alive.
The man hearing the sound looked at Timeus and bent his head on the 45°, on the right side. And because he looked at him, he saw his whole face. The other half was not fully burned but on his forehead, you could see a white skull, his nose was almost gone where his inferior nasal concha was almost visible, his lower jaw teeth were also almost visible, and what he chewed on was flesh like a normal way of eating food.
Timeus was so scared as he stared at the human rotten man. The man then looked back at what it's eating and continued to gnaw on it.
Timeus used that time to stand and quietly sneaked out of the door and ran as if his life was on the line.
Fear was written on his face but his parents taught him not to be scared and be brave no matter what, but he didn't know how to when he saw such a horrifying view. All he knew was that he needed to hide and never let the monster catch him.
He ran and ran like it was the last thing he knew. Even though many times he fell, he stood and then continued to run.
As he ran, he entered the hidden door which was directed to the attic. Their parents made it for him and his sister before she died.
He entered inside and locked the door.
He was crying with both tears and snot flowing on his face, his body felt cold and shivered as he hid.
He was inside that place for how many days. It was almost the 3rd day when his uncle Schader found him inside the hidden room.
He was weak, cold, pale, and on the verge of dying.
He was in the hospital for almost 3 months unconscious and sometimes trembled. When he woke up, he saw his uncle on his bedside, sitting as he looked at him.
His face looked so thin and a dark circle was visible on his uncle's face. He looked at him as he hugged him very tightly.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. If I got there much earlier, this would not happen."
Young Timeus looked at him in confusion. "Uncle?"
"I'm sorry, Theodore and Jewel, your parents are already gone," Schader said in a broken and hoarse voice.
"Uncle, do you mean they left? Why did they leave me? Uncle, uncle, I need to tell them to be careful because I saw a monster in the room. He was eating something." He then felt the tremble of his uncle as his hug tightened even more. "Uncle, it's painful. I can't breathe."
Schader let go of young Timeus as he stopped himself from crying. "Timeus. Your parents were dead. They won't-" his voice broke once more. "They won't come back."
"You’re lying uncle. That's not funny."
"Timeus."
"SHUT UP! YOU'RE LYING! YOU'RE LYING. MOM AND DAD WERE ALIVE! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! I DON'T BELIEVE YOU!" Timeus said in the hysterical matter.
"TIMEUS." Schader shook Timeus. "Listen, they were dead. Their body was found with the flesh gone. Do you understand me? They were dead. You need to be strong. We are the only one left."
Timeus looked at his uncle when he remembered the word their flesh was gone, and like a replay, the things that happened at that time. He remembered the monster as he looked at him and gnawed on the flesh. He felt cold and anger rather than fear swell up in him because he was so weak. Weak to fight, a big coward.
Young Timeus looked at his uncle with the tears on the verge of flowing out, with a strong conviction from his eyes. "Uncle, I want to be strong. Please help me."
His uncle looked at him and wanted to say something but the looks of Timeus stopped whatever he was going to say. He sighed as he hugged him very tightly. "I will. I promise."
That was the time that Timeus made an oath to kill and destroy every humex. And to be strong. Strong enough to kill that monster.
Be the strongest man in the world.
With his uncle's help, he became one of the strongest people, he was taught all types of fighting, using different weapons, and teaching technological things. He also became one of the richest men in the world, as he is one of the sponsors, and his private military helped to kill those humex, and anything against those monsters.
And he won't stop until they are all gone and cease to exist.
