Aryan said,

“Everything is in God's hands.We can pray.Only the experts can do this serious surgery.And we have requested the best doctors to do the surgery”.

Gopika said,

“They will arrive soon to do the surgery”.

Keshav asked them eagerly,

“Who are they?”

Aryan replied,

“The surgeons who will perform Shilpa's surgery are Dr.Radhika and Dr.Mayank”.

Even though none of them knew Dr.Mayank and Dr.Radhika personally they looked at Aryan and Gopika hopefully when they uttered their names.Because they were having a hope that these doctors will bring magic to Shilpa’s life.

In another place we could see two young doctors.They were none other than Dr.Mayank and Dr.Radhika.

Radhika and Mayank got ready to go to the hospital.

Radhika could understand each and every expression on Mayank’s face.That was the depth of their relationship.Every expression of Mayank had a meaning.Currently she knew from his face that all is not well.But what is his problem and why was he gloomy?She did not understand it.

Radhika wanted to know what made Mayank lose his pleasant face.

Radhika asked him,

“Mayank..are you tense?”

Mayank replied to her,

“Of course yes.This is a very important surgery.This surgery is not just professional but very much personal also”.

Radhika wondered how a surgery became personal for Mayank.

She asked him,

“Why is it personal Mayank?”

He said,

“I am very grateful to Dr.Aryan's family.His father only sponsored my education.No one was there to help me when I was a poor orphan who was living in an ordinary orphanage.If he was not there I would not have been a doctor now”.

Mayank’s past always touched Radhika’s heart.Mayank has suffered a lot when he was a poor orphan.But because of the favour by Dr.Aryan’s family,he educated himself well and reached this level overcoming all the obstacles which came his way.

But Radhika was not still clear about how this surgery is related to Dr.Aryan.But Mayank immediately cleared her doubt.

“The patient is Dr.Aryan’s brother Bhavesh's fiancée Shilpa.Her life is in our hands”.

Radhika understood that pressure Mayank was carrying on his shoulders.Since he was grateful to Dr.Aryan’s family he wanted to show his gratitude towards them by saving Bhavesh’s fiancée Shilpa.But an unknown fear was rolling all over him whether he will be able to keep up their expectations.Because he knew very well that for those people he and Radhika were the last hope.

Understanding his nervousness Radhika tried to comfort him.

“Be calm.We give our heart and soul to every surgery we do.So this surgery will also be successful”.

Mayank said,

“I hope so”.

Mayank and Radhika reached the hospital.

Aryan introduced them to others.

“These are the doctors who will do Shilpa's surgery”.

Before a formal introduction was done, Avantika pleaded them,

“Please save our Shilpa”.

Keshav said,

“We will spend any amount of money.But please save her.She is our life”.

Mayank said,

“We are not here for money.Shilpa is like our family member as she is a part of Dr.Aryan's family”.

Radhika assured them,

“We will give our 100%”.

Bhavesh was so weak that Gopika was holding him and consoling him.

Raj looked at Dr.Mayank and Dr.Radhika emotionally.

“You both are our only hope”.

Rakhi requested them,

“Yes please save our Shilpa”.

Mayank and Radhika were silent for a moment.

Radhika said,

“See..we will be trying our best.Please try to be calm”.

Rakhi and Raj kept silent.

Mayank approached Dr.Inder.

“Dr.Inder...you please give us Shilpa's file.We need to know her medical history”.

Dr.Indra replied,

“Of course yes.She is my patient as she is suffering from alzheimer's disease.I will explain everything”.

Mayank smiled.

Mayank and Radhika went through Shilpa’s files and had a clear study about her condition.They fixed a time for Shilpa’s surgery.

Finally Shilpa's surgery was done.All were tensed about the after effects of this risky surgery of Shilpa.They were praying to every God they knew.

Mayank and Radhika came out of the operation theatre.Everyone looked at them nervously.

Bhavesh was absolutely shivering.

Bhavesh uttered his beloved’s name,

“Shilpa..?”

He did not have the courage to complete the sentence.

Finally Mayank opened his mouth.

“God heard your prayers.The operation is successful”.

All were really happy.

They thanked Dr.Mayank and Dr.Radhika from the bottom of their hearts,

“Thank you doctors”.

Mayank and Radhika smiled.

Bhavesh did not know how to express his happiness.Due to happiness,he was speechless.

Radhika said,

“You all can meet Shilpa”.

They smiled happily.

Slowly Shilpa opened her eyes.

Avantika kissed her emotionally.

“Shilpa!”

Shilpa looked around confusingly.

She was clueless about her own whereabouts.

Looking at the surrounding she guessed that she was in a hospital.But she could not understand why she was in the hospital.

“Why am I in the hospital?”

Raj replied softly,

“You met with an accident”.

Rakhi said with a smile on her face,

“But now everything is fine”.

Keshav comforted her confidently,

“But no need to worry now.Your surgery went well”.

Avantika said cheerfully,

“God heard our prayer and saved your life”.

Rakhi said,

“Yes Shilpa.You are alright now”.

Shilpa was stunned.It was unbelievable for her that she met with an accident and even got operated to get saved.

Dr.Inder asked her,

“How do you feel now?”

Shilpa replied,

“I am feeling okay.But I am a bit tired”.

Gopika said,

“You had a major surgery.That’s why you are feeling tired.After some days you will not feel weak”.

Shilpa looked at Aryan and Gopika.

Shilpa asked them,

“Where is Bhavesh?”

Bhavesh was standing outside the room with tension.He was anxious about his future with Shilpa.He was not able to even guess what future has stored for both of them.

Somehow he got a second chance to be with Shilpa and restart their love story.But now after this surgery he was not able to understand whether he remains in Shilpa’s brain or not.

He thought,

“Will Shilpa forget me again?”

Aryan and Gopika smiled as Shilpa enquired about Bhavesh.

Shilpa was disappointed with the silence they were maintaining when she asked them about Bhavesh.

“Why are you not saying anything Aryan bhaiyya(Brother) and Gopika didi(Sister)?”

Aryan asked her with a smile,

“You remember us.Right?”

Gopika smiled and said,

“Thank God you did not forget us again”.

Shilpa was confused about what they were saying about her remembering them and forgetting them.

“What are you all saying?Why will I forget you both?You both were my school mates..also my Bhavesh's brother and sister in law.You both are going to be my brother and sister in law too”.

Aryan and Gopika smiled as they were now sure that Shilpa remembers all of them clearly.

Gopika said,

“I will bring Bhavesh now”.

Gopika went near Bhavesh and told him,

“Bhavesh...Shilpa is enquiring about you”.

Bhavesh stared at Gopika for a moment.Suddenly a smile appeared on his face.

He seems to be really excited.

“Really?So she has not forgotten me”.

Gopika smiled and said,

“Yes,your Shilpa has not forgotten you.Even if her brain forgets you,her heart can never forget you”.

He smiled emotionally.

“I want to see my Shilpa”.

Gopika smiled.

“Sure Bhavesh.You go and meet Shilpa.She is longing to meet you”.

He smiled.

Bhavesh went near Shilpa.

He uttered her name,

“Shilpa!”

Shilpa looked at him.

Shilpa and Bhavesh shared an emotional eye lock.

Shilpa said,

“Bhavesh...just before our wedding I met with an accident.I feel upset”.

Bhavesh was confused by her sentence.Because recently after falling in love again,their marriage was not fixed.It was before her memory loss that their marriage was fixed.

Bhavesh asked her,

“What are you saying Shilpa?Just before our wedding?But our wedding date is not fixed yet”.

Shilpa replied,

“Are you out of senses?On our engagement day itself our wedding date was fixed”.

All were stunned hearing what she said.

Bhavesh said,

“What are you saying Shilpa?We were not engaged”.

Shilpa was losing her cool hearing him say that they were not engaged.Because she remembered their engagement before she had lost her memory.

“What nonsense!Our engagement was a grand function.Are you crazy?”

All were stunned as Shilpa reminded him of their engagement function which took place a year ago.

Gopika said,

“It means that Shilpa remembers whatever happened in her life before losing her memory related to Bhavesh and her love life”.

All were surprised.

Dr.Inder confirmed it with a smile,

“Yes exactly.Now she remembers her past regarding her love life with Bhavesh”.

While they were discussing about Shilpa regaining her memory,Shilpa was confused.She blinked her eyes without understanding what they were discussing.

Shilpa asked them,

“What are you all saying?I can't understand anything”.

Immediately Gopika said,

“Nothing Shilpa.You take rest”.

Since Shilpa just had a surgery,Gopika felt that it was not the right time to explain everything to Shilpa.She needed to be free from any kind of stress now.

Bhavesh caressed her head,

“You sleep well Shilpa.You need rest now”.

Shilpa held his hand.While looking at him slowly she slept.

While sleeping Shilpa saw some flashes and opened her eyes.She was panting.

Bhavesh could not understand why Shilpa woke up all of a sudden.

Bhavesh asked her,

“What happened Shilpa?”

Shilpa said,

“Bhavesh...I am confused.I saw a lot of things in my dream”.

Since Shilpa was talking about her dreams,Bhavesh did not take it seriously as he thought that Shilpa just saw the meaningless dreams we see usually.

Bhavesh responded,

“Dreams...ignore them”.

Shilpa said,

“No Bhavesh..I can't ignore it like that”.

Bhavesh realized that Shilpa was deeply disturbed by her dream.So he decided to find out what was the dream about.

Bhavesh asked her,

“Tell me …what did you see in your dream?”

Shilpa replied,

“After our engagement we were happy.But I started forgetting the people who were closer to me.I was diagnosed with memory loss.Then I met you at the school reunion party.Then I was shattered to know that you love another girl.But you fell in love with me.I was very happy.But I realized that you were lying about your love affair.We fought a lot over the issue”.

Bhavesh was shocked to listen to her dream.The others who were standing near the door heard it with a shock.Because Shilpa saw her past in her dream.Though she could not recall whatever happened before her accident,she experienced each and every precious moment in her dream.

Inder said,

“It means that Shilpa remembers everything.But she is not sure about it.She is confused if its real or illusion”.

Aryan asked him,

“Does that mean that Shilpa is normal now?”

Dr.Indra replied with a smile,

“Yes.After her surgery she got cured completely.It's a miracle”.

All were surprised and happy that Shilpa regained her memory completely and she is cured of her illness also.Now she has become normal like them.

Bhavesh smiled tearfully.

He looked at Shilpa and asked,

“Shilpa..do you remember everything?”

Shilpa did not grasp what he asked her.

Shilpa asked him,

“What do you mean mean?”

Finally Bhavesh told her without his own knowledge,

“This was not a dream.This really happened in our lives”.

Shilpa was confused.

She asked him,

“Means…?”

Bhavesh was hesitant to explain it as he was doubtful whether he should tell it to her now.

Dr.Inder understood Bhavesh’s hesitance to tell her everything.

So he said to Bhavesh,

“Bhavesh…Tell everything to Shilpa.Shilpa is normal now.Her disease is cured after the surgery”.

Bhavesh was surprised.

“Really?It means that my Shilpa is completely healthy now?”

Dr.Indra replied,

“Yes”.

Shilpa was totally in confusion.She felt that she was completely detached from whatever was happening around her.

Shilpa asked them,

“What are you all talking about?”

Finally Bhavesh decided to tell her everything regarding their past.

Bhavesh explained everything to Shilpa,right from their meeting during Raj and Rakhi's pre-wedding music-dance function till her severe accident which took place recently.
