Flash back...
Bhavesh was riding the bike wearing ear phone and listening to music.It was his weird habit to listen to music while riding the bike.He was indeed a careless boy in that sense.
He was enjoying his careless ride.
Suddenly he lost his balance and a girl who crossed the road was almost hit.
“Oh my God!”He exclaimed.
He got down from the bike and moved towards the girl who got hit slightly.
Her hand was slightly injured.
“I am sorry”.Bhavesh was really apologetic.
She looked at him.
He was lost in this sweet beauty.
“First you please remove your ear phone”,She said in a tough tone.
Bhavesh did not hear it as the music was going on.
She removed it by herself as she realized that he will not remove it.
“What are you doing?”He asked her as he could not believe that a stranger girl he found now just removed his ear phone.
She replied,“You won't be able to hear anything unless you remove it.That's why I removed it”.
Bhavesh was a little bit embarrassed when he heard what she said. He said,“Oh..I am sorry”.
She advised him politely,“Please don't listen to music while driving.You will lose your concentration and it will cause major accidents also”.Bhavesh who was so careless had never thought of the after effects of listening to music while driving.But her words definitely put some sense into his head.
He replied,“I understand..”
She said with a strange smile,“Good”.What Bhavesh said next was totally unexpected by her.
“Please come with me to hospital.Your wound has to be bandaged”But she ignored his sweet gesture.
“It's ok.It's a small wound”But Bhavesh was not willing to leave it like that as because of him only she got wounded.
“Please let me take you to hospital.Otherwise I won't get peace of mind as it's because of me that you got hurt”.She got hesitant and confused whether to agree with him or not.After thinking for a while she asked,
“Oh..ok.But where is the hospital?”
He said,“Sunshine hospital.Actually it's run by my brother and my sister in law who are doctors”.
She said,“That's nice.You can get free treatment”.
He smiled.
“Please sit on my bike”,he said.
She was again hesitant.Again he asked her politely.“Please sit behind me on the bike.I will take you to the hospital”.
With hesitation she sat behind him on the bike.
“Hope you will drive carefully”She did not forget to remind him to drive carefully as she had noticed his careless style of riding the vehicle..
Bhavesh replied.“Please believe me.I will ride carefully”.
She smiled.
He started riding the bike.When they reached the hospital he put a brake.She fell over his back and she held him tightly for balance.They both felt strange.
He looked at her.Their eyes met each others.They got into an eye lock.
They broke the eye lock as it was an awkward situation.
They entered the hospital.
On the way Bhavesh saw his eldest brothe r and called him,”Bhai”(Brother).
He looked at him.It was Dr.Aryan Oberoi.
Aryan was surprised to see Bhavesh there.“!How come you are here?”
Bhavesh explained everything to Aryan.
Aryan could not stop himself from getting angry at his brother.“I told you many times to be careful while driving.It’s good that this girl forgave you.Otherwise it would have been a police case”.Aryan looked at the girl and said,“I am saying sorry on behalf of my brother”.
She said,“It's ok.There is no need to apologize for your brother”.He smiled.
“Come with me to Dr.Gopika's cabin.I mean my wife’s cabin”.
Aryan led them to Gopika's room.
Gopika was surprised to see them.“Bhavesh!”
Gopika looked at the girl.
“Bhabhi..(Sister in law)I will tell you who she is”,Bhavesh said.
Bhavesh explained her everything.
“Oh My God!Be careful Bhavesh”.Gopika was really worried as being a sister in law she did not want her brother in law to cause any accident and being a doctor she did not want anyone’s life to be harmed.
“Sure bhabhi(Sister in law).I learnt a lesson today”,Bhavesh assured her.“Please bandage her wound”.
The girl said,“Actually it's a small wound.But Bhavesh..that's his name. Right?I heard you all call him Bhavesh.He brought me here”.
Gopika said,“He did the right thing.Even the small wound should not be ignored”.
Gopika had a look at her wound and got it bandaged.
Suddenly Bhavesh realized that he had forgotten to ask the girl’s name.How can he be so careless that he did not even ask her name?Gopika said,“I will prescribe you an ointment. What's your name?”
The girl replied,“Gautami”.Her name brought a smile to his face.He did not know why her name made him smile.
He uttered her name with a smile,“Gautami!”
Bhavesh got the ointment from the hospital pharmacy and gave it to her.
Gautami thanked him with a smile,“Thank you.Though i got irritated with you as you caused my minor accident ,now I am not at all angry with you.You took care of me.You are very helpful too”.
He smiled.“If you don't find me annoying now, shall we be friends?Can I get your phone number please?”
She smiled.
“Ok friends”.
They shook hands as a sign of the beginning of a cute friendship.
She gave him her phone number.He smiled happily.
At night, Bhavesh rang her up.
Gautami was surprised.“Bhavesh...why did you call me?”
Om replied,“Just to know how your wound is”.
She said,“It's a small wound.Right?I am alright now”.She asked him cutely,“You got to know what my condition is.So are you disconnecting the call?”
Bhavesh stammered,“Ahh...shall we talk more?”
Gautami laughed as she had guessed that Bhavesh rang her up to chat with her.Bhavesh was actually very shy.
They continued talking happily.
Bhavesh and Gautami ‘s friendship grew deeper with time.They loved going to the beach and getting their feet wet...
They splashed water at each other.
They loved to have snacks at the beach food stall.
They enjoyed having lots of flavoured icecreams.
Many months passed....
Bhavesh and Gautami were standing in a place looking at the dark starry sky.
Slowly he held her hand.They looked at each other deeply.
Slowly he took a ring and slipped it onto her finger.
She looked at her emotionally.“Bhavesh!”
He was smiling,
Bhavesh confessed his love to Gautami expecting her to respond.“I love you Gautami....Do you also love me?”
She did not take even a second to reply.“I love you too Bhavesh”.
They smiled and got into a sweet embrace.
Their love blossomed like a beautiful flower.
Bhavesh made Gautami's paintings.He wrote a song for her.
One day...
Bhavesh Gautami were on the bike.They were having a fun ride.
Gautami said,“Bhavesh...you told me that you wrote a song about me.But you did'nt sing it to me yet”.
He replied,“I will sing it for you after reaching our destination”.
She smiled.“I can't wait for that”.
Suddenly a vehicle came their way.
Unexpectedly when he took the turn, it hit his bike and both of them fell down along with the bike.
Rohini called holding on her breath,“Bhavesh!”
Bhavesh uttered her name,“Gautami!”
They both got injured severely.
Bhavesh saw Gautami lying down close to him.Her body was bleeding.
He tried to move his hand towards her .He was weeping terribly.
Tears rolled down from her eyes.“Bhavesh!”
Bhavesh shed tears.“I was driving so carefully.Then why did this accident happen?”
Gautami tried to remove guilt from his heart.“It's not your fault Bhavesh.Destiny and fate are not allowing us to be together”.
Her words pierced his heart as he could not think of a separation from her.“No Gautami.We can't get separated”.
They hands entwined together .While looking at each other their eyes were covered with tears.
Suddenly Gautami closed her eyes.
Bhavesh screamed.“Gautami!”
Bhavesh moved towards her struggling hard and embraced her crying.
Bhavesh lost his consciousness and fell over her.
Bhavesh got admitted in Aryan and Gopika's hospital.They did his surgery.
He regained consciousness and opened his eyes.
He saw Aryan and Gopika.
Though Aryan and Gopika were happy that Bhavesh regained consciousness,Bhavesh’s reaction was just the opposite.He cried,“Why did you save me?I should have died along with my Gautami.Now why should I live in this world where my Gautami is not alive?”
Aryan and Gopika became upset.Gopika could only take Gautami’s name to give him hope to live.
“Live for your Gautami.Her soul wants you to live Bhavesh”.
Bhavesh cried miserably.He felt helpless as he had to live forcefully for Gautami.
The flash back is ended here.
Present....
Shilpa's eyes got filled up with tears knowing about Bhavesh's love story from Sankalp and Sonia.
Her heart was bleeding unknowingly.How can her heart be not wounded?After all the person whom she expected to love her loves someone else and not her.
Sankalp said,“Poor Bhavesh!After that incident, he is totally aloof from this world.There is no happiness at all”.
Sonia said painfully,“We don't know how to bring Bhavesh out of his world of sorrows and make him live like before”.
But Shilpa could not sit helplessly when it was about her Bhavesh.She was determined to make him cheerful.“I will bring Bhavesh out of his shell of pain.I will make him smile again”.
Sankalp and Sonia looked at each other in disbelief.
Sankalp asked,“Shilpa…what are you saying?It is not that easy”.
Shilpa replied without thinking twice,“But I will try my best to save Bhavesh from his bitter past.I cannot let him destroy himself. Because I love him”.
Sankalp and Sonia showed a shocked expression.
Sonia was upset.“Control your feelings Shilpa.Because whatever you do, you won't get love back from him”.
Shilpa's tears fell down.
“I understood that Bhavesh will never love me.But for me he is my soulmate and I will live for him till the end of my life.I will do anything for him”.
Sankalp and Sonia were touched by Shilpa's selfless love for Bhavesh.
