Chapter 12

Bhavesh took Shilpa to his house as he wanted to introduce her to his brother Aryan and his sister in law Gopika.Because they knew Shilpa very well since the school days and they were also aware of her place in Bhavesh’s heart.

Aryan and Gopika looked at her.

Bhavesh asked Shilpa,

“Shilpa...do you remember them?”

Shilpa looked at them carefully.

Shilpa had seen them years back.So she remembered their faces,still she was a bit doubtful about their identity as with the passage of years, their faces also blurred in her memory.So with a doubt she asked them,

“Aryan bhaiyya(Brother) and Gopika didi…(Sister)?”

Aryan and Gopika smiled.

Gopika said happily,

“So you remember your seniors in school”.

Shilpa replied,

“Yes.But I took time to recognize you both”.

Aryan said with a smile,

“No problem.Bhavesh had told us about bringing you here.Otherwise we would not have recognized our Sun glasses Shilpa.Are you still obsessed with sun glasses?”

Shilpa giggled and said,

“I may not have been able to get rid of sun glasses,but I am not crazy like before”.

They all giggled together.

Bhavesh asked Shilpa,

“Do you know why Aryan bhai(Brother) and Gopika didi(Sister) are here?”

His question did arise some instant doubts in Shilpa’s mind. Shilpa did wonder why Gopika was in their house.Gopika was her senior in school.But she did not understand her connection with Bhavesh and Aryan now.

Bhavesh realized Shilpa’s confusion regarding this and he himself decided to break the small suspense.

“Because Gopika didi(Sister) is my bhabhi(Sister in law) now.A few years back Aryan bhai(Brother)married her”.

Shilpa was surprised to know that Gopika is Bhavesh’s sister in law now as she married his brother Aryan.

“Really?”

Bhavesh replied with a smile,

“Yes”.

Shilpa said,

“Wow..like us Aryan bhai(Brother) and Gopika didi(sister)were also best buddies in school”.

Bhavesh smiled as Shilpa compared Aryan and Gopika’s friendship with their friendship.

Bhavesh whispered in her ears in a sweet naughty tone,

“Yes.They were best buddies in school and then they got married.We are also best buddies.Can we also get married?”

Shilpa was surprised by his question.She blushed.

She looked at him deeply.

They shared a sweet romantic eye lock.

Suddenly Bhavesh laughed.

“I was just joking”.

Shilpa became dull as for a moment she really thought that Bhavesh proposed her and now with his revelation, her happiness broke in no time.

Aryan suggested something sweet.

“Since we are meeting after a long time shall we have dinner together?”

All of them were excited about having dinner together.

Shilpa exclaimed in excitement,

“Wow!Sure..”

Bhavesh said,

“I have called Sankalp and Sonia too.They will also join us”.

Shilpa got more excited.

“Really?Cool!”

Sankalp and Sonia came screaming for fun.

“Hey guys!”

Shilpa was surprised to see Sankalp and Sonia.

They hugged Shilpa.

Shilpa said,

“You both are looking the same even after many years”.

Sonia smiled,

“You also look the same Shilpa.The same cute face!”

Shilpa gave a cute smile.

Aryan and Gopika started eating from a single plate.

Sankalp smiled seeing their romantic gesture.

Sankalp said with a mischievous smile on his face.

“Aryan bhai(Brother) and Gopika didi(Sister)are eating from the same plate.Naughty couple!”.

Everyone smiled.

Aryan and Gopika became shy.

Aryan said,

“We are always like this.We are romantic.We are not boring like you all”.

Sankalp was not willing to accept Aryan tagging them as unromantic.

“Don't say that we are boring.Only Bhavesh and Shilpa are boring.Sonia and I are dating each other”.

Shilpa was surprised to know that even Sankalp and Sonia are a couple now.

“Really?”

Sankalp and Sonia blushed.

Sonia pouted with a fake anger.

“But this stupid Sankalp has not proposed me yet”.

Shilpa teased him,

“Is it?That’s too bad Sankalp”.

Sankalp was not ready to get taunted by them.

“Wait..I will propose to Sonia soon in the most beautiful way”.

Sonia smiled looking at him.Sankalp smiled sweetly at her.

Seeing this, the others also smiled.

They had dinner together chatting in between.

Bhavesh took Shilpa for a bike ride.They enjoyed the bike ride a lot.

Bhavesh and Shilpa went to the beach

and splashed water at each other.

They made castles together there.

They saw hot samosas(Indian Snacks) being sold at the food stall.They both went there and had them.

Another day...

Shilpa went near Rakhi.

“Bhabhi..(Sister in law),can you give me the recipe to make chocolates?I want to make chocolates for Bhavesh”.

Rakhi smiled.

“Why not?I will give you now”.

Rakhi gave her the Chocolate recipe.

Shilpa prepared chocolates.

Avantika was surprised to see Shilpa making chocolates with so much of dedication.

“For whom did our princess make chocolates?”

Shilpa blushed,

“Maa(Mother)..you know that.Right?”

Avantika smiled as she knew that Shilpa was making chocolates for Bhavesh.It’s just for a formality that she asked Shilpa for whom she made chocolates.

“I know.I wish you all the best to be happy with Bhavesh”.

Shilpa smiled.

Shilpa went to meet Bhavesh with chocolates.

“Bhavesh..see.. I made your favourite chocolates with my own hands”.

Bhavesh was really excited to see chocolates made by Shilpa for him.

“Wow Shilpa!Thank you so much.You are sweet like a chocolate”.

They both giggled as Shilpa was compared to a chocolate.

Shilpa fed him chocolate and he fed her back.

If Shilpa surprised Bhavesh with chocolates,Bhavesh also surprised her with lollypops.

“Your favourite lollypops”.

Shilpa got excited like a small child who craved for sweets.

“Wow!”.

They enjoyed having lollypops together.

Another day....

Bhavesh surprised Shilpa with a cake with balloons around.

Shilpa did not have words to express her happiness.

Bhavesh said,

“Today is our friendship anniversary and I want to celebrate it with you”.

Shilpa was overwhelmed as Bhavesh remembered their friendship anniversary.

“You remember it?”

Bhavesh replied in an intense tone,

“How can I forget that special day when you are special to me?”.

Shilpa felt very happy.Her heart was absolutely dancing.

They cut the cake together and fed each other.

Bhavesh wrote a song. Shilpa gave music to it and sang the beautiful lines penned down by Bhavesh.

After a few days,Bhavesh and Shilpa arranged a resort area for Sankalp and Sonia.

They decorated the place by lighting lots of colourful candles.

Shilpa smiled,

“Now it looks beautiful”.

Bhavesh was doubtful about Sankalp proposing to Sonia as he has a tendency to get nervous.

Bhavesh said,

“Hope that duffer Sankalp proposes Sonia without fail”.

But Shilpa was confident about the proposal happening there.

“ How can Sankalp not propose Sonia in this romantic atmosphere?”

Bhavesh smiled agreeing with Shilpa.

Sankalp came there.His face got blossomed seeing the arrangements made by Shilpa and Bhavesh.

Sankalp thanked them,

“Thank you so much both of you.It looks beautiful”.

Bhavesh responded in a sarcastic tone,

“But if you don't propose Sonia properly, we will return your thanks”.

Sankalp smiled,

“Don't worry.I will propose Sonia as I want her to be mine forever”.

Bhavesh and Shilpa smiled.They went out of the room.

Sonia came wearing a beautiful saree(Indian attire) and a stylish sleeveless blouse.

“Beautiful decoration”.

These were the words which came out of her mouth seeing the decoration.

Sankalp was happy as Sonia was satisfied with the decoration.

“It's done by Bhavesh and Shilpa”.

Sonia exclaimed,

“No wonder as Bhavesh and Shilpa are known for perfection.Great job!”

Sankalp nodded agreeing with her.

Sankalp was lost in her beauty.She blushed.

Sankalp asked her in a romantic tone,

“Sonia..you know how much I love you?”

Sonia blushed.

“Yes Sankalp.No one can love me more than you.That's why I love you very much”.

He smiled.

Sankalp said,

“We both love each other.We can't stay without each other.Then why should we keep distance between us?Let us live together”.

Unexpectedly Sonia reacted in an irritating manner which was just opposite to what Sankalp expected from her.

“You mean live in relation?Though I am modern, I am not modern enough to have a live in relationship with you.Understand?You stupid..duffer..donkey...”

Suddenly Sankalp kept his finger on her lips.

“You did'nt let me complete it Sonia.Before yelling at me, hear me properly”.

Sonia became peaceful for time being.

He held her hand and proposed her,

“Sonia...will you marry me?”

Sonia was surprised.

“Yes.I want to marry you dear”.

She embraced him.

Sankalp called her romantically,

“Sonia...”

Sonia placed her finger on his lips.

“Tell me only one thing… that you love me”.

He smiled.

Sankalp said,

“I love you”.

Sonia said,

“Love you too”.

They got into a romantic embrace.
