Chapter Sixteen: I’m In Fairy Trouble!

“Tell me, why aren’t you running away?! This is my tree property and you should get away before I burn you humans to crisp!”

Melanie stands back and is planning to run away but Joseph comes in very wet with a wooden bucket as he splashes it over to that bright orb over there, which got wet and it stopped glowing and it can be seen as a small fairy.

[Joseph: That’s what you get for almost burning me to death and making me wet you little pipsqueak!]

[Melanie: Uh, Joseph- I may have found who owns this tree, and considering you just threw water at the owner, maaaybee we should run…?]

[Joseph: Heck no! I almost got my ass burned! My testicles could’ve been fried next if it wasn’t for that fountain still running when I heard it’s supposed to be close because of us!]

The fairy moves it’s hair to the side to look at Joseph and it’s eyes are staring directly at Joseph and him only creepily.

Magic Iscles summon in an instant and they are launched at Joseph but he dodges and grabs the ice and tries to throw it at the fairy but it was stopped by just a hand.

“You humans really have no intentions to leave huh? Well then, I guess it wouldn’t hurt to make you suffer first, starting with that girl who started this!”

[Melanie: W-wait what?-]

The fairy makes an attempt to freeze Melanie but she is quickly pulled by Liam and right beside him.

[Joseph: You really need to be careful, or else you're going to have your intestines all over, that little thing might eat them since it looks so creepy..]

"Creepy?! What did you say! Giuliaaaa!! I'm the cutest fairy that ever is! And you call me creepy??!! Pina!!"

A giant Venus fly trap appears on the ground and tries to bite Joseph, but it only got his shirt.

It rips off his shirt as it munches on it, and it was suddenly spat out by the plant, probably because of its odor. The venus fly trap after eating that horrible disgusting thing decides to bite it's own stem and rips itself off, killing itself in the process.

The fairy after seeing this is lost in words but it doesn't lose focus.

"A- seriously?? Even the plants see you as disgusting! It just killed itself! Seriously, you humans have no hygiene!"

[Joseph: That's the power of men you little s**t. We have something that women can't even take! It's to stink, really bad!]

[Melanie: That's not a power of men, that's just men being ignorant pricks being disgusting as hell.]

[Joseph: I-I'm monologuing here! Anyways! Besides, you may be cute I admit, but since you almost fried my future children, I will end you and turn you into pixie dust!]

[Melanie: Can we please just have an apple? I mean there's like 50 over there, can't you at least share one?]

The fairy gets angry as it's preparing another thing to throw at Joseph.

“No! This is my tree and I do what I want with it! And I can't have humans like you disturb my beautiful home! So please stop being so hard, and die!!"

Liam has been searching and he found like 4 things that could be useful.

He may or may not have robbed a few people, but that doesn't matter now.

All he needs to do is to get back to his other siblings, otherwise they might get in trouble with the people here and if that happens they'll surely go to jail permanently this time.

He hopes Melanie and Joseph are doing fine, otherwise those two are going to fight until who knows when it ends.

It's a bit weird when Madleyn stood up for Yua. It's really the first time Liam is seeing something like it. Wonder what changed her mind about her.

[Liam: It looks like the time here is the same as ours. Clock tower, 24 hours schedule, everything seems like earth do far except for the fact there's many people here and walking animal guys.]

Liam just saw Joseph jump in the fountain again and leave, assuming he’s with Melanie, but he wonders what’s going on with Madelyn and Yua, and where the f**k are they?

This place is huge and them going far away is going to be a pain in the ass to find them.

After 10 minutes of dodging and mocking, the apple trees surroundings are now covered by either iccles or fire ongoing.

The fairy was getting tired, and it’s mana gauge is going to break if it doesn’t rest for a minute or two, but Joseph is still on it. They may have been stabbed by the right arm by ice but that doesn’t stop him from getting a singular apple and proving this fairy his point.

Melanie was hiding all this time checking from time to time to see if they’re done already.

She was involved a few minutes but she fled the scene due to cowardness, but now seeing Joseph is still alive and well and the fairy most likely not being able to cast any magic she takes the chance to run at the fairy and uses her wall climbing skill once more as she then grabs the unguarded fairy.

She may have experience in climbing walls on foot, but she doesn't have experience on landing perfectly as she falls down on the ground chest first, which hurts her chest more than the wounds she received because the impact was rather painful.

The fairy noticed she was grabbed and took this opportunity of weakness to escape and kill Melanie once and for all but Joseph came in the right time and grabbed the fairy with all his might and strength, with this he can finally claim victory on this one.

[Joseph: F-finally! I got ya! T-there’s no running now!]

Melanie stands up, holding her chest as she is gasping for air and recovering from the shock she just received.

[Joseph: Yo, you look, not good, but i’m sure you’ll be fine, you don’t have any serious wounds and I’m so you’ll be able to survive Liam’s punishment later.]

[Melanie: …! O-oh s**t! That’s r-right! He’s going to beat the c-crap out of me if he sees me l-like this! …! You’re an angel right?? You can heal right?? Why don’t you do it right now??]

[Joseph: I literally, ngh- tried like 20 times, shouting every magic word I’ve known! But nothing works! I didn’t even feel slight mana in me like the fairy was bragging about.]

[Joseph: Hey, do you know any punishments that can be brutal?]

[Melanie: I… I don’t hella know! Look, don't talk to me, m-my head and chest hurts…]

Joseph looks around until he sees a public bathroom which he walked to with the fairy.

Melanie seeing walk to the bathroom has no clue what he’s planning but right now she should relax before she can rupture a blood vessel.
