Chapter 8 : Lunch Break

"Am I dead?" I can see an angel in front of me.

He laughed "Miss you're not dead." Did I said it out loud!?!? I immediately covered my mouth using my hand. So embarrassing...

He laughed even more "You're cute!" He smiled. I can feel my cheeks burning!

"Ahm, I-I think I'm going..." I stated and walked away as I take my trolling bag but when I got a hold of it, I think I saw something in the air at the left corner. There's no wind but the leaves swayed like a strong wind passed through it. I ignored it, I might just be hallucinating right now.

"Hey miss, what's your name?" He called but I walked faster away from him. The last thing I heard was "New student indeed." before I got farther.

First day of class haven't yet started but I got myself into an embarrassing moment. Oh Kelly...

I hope my first day is good...

*Ring!* Yes! The bell rang, meaning the class has ended. Well, nothing exciting happened today. The Genius, Fighters and Special Building are far from each other, they are more likely a territory each. Today, I haven't seen any other students coming from other courses it's because I do not really focused on people so all I saw are Genius students, more likely students from this building.

How can I determine? Simple, we have uniforms, a skirt and a long sleeve including black shoes. But what differs are our neckties with written courses and different colors. Genius students have yellow neckties but I haven't seen the others yet. I just saw this uniform the moment I got inside my room.

"Okay class dismissed." The teacher said.

"Thank you sir." Everyone said in chorus. They stand up and walked outside of the room to have their lunch while I stayed sitting at my chair.

It did not get me long enough to find my classes, my visions are my guide but these students here are kind of creepy... They rarely talk, most of them are nerd, some are not but they are so serious. Can't they live their life a little?

Any moment Stella will call for lunch.

*Twinkle Twinkle little star. How I wonder what you are. Up, abo-*

"Yes? Any how, any ho?" I said the moment I answered the phone.

She let out a small laugh "Hey! Let's see each other at the field. You know where it is right?"

"Yup! Who's with you?" I asked.

"How did you know I have someone with me?" I pictured out the moment she said the word 'field'. ~She's walking towards me with a girl beside her at the field.~

"Ahm, I thought I heard someone with you." I covered up.

"Oh yeah! I'll introduced you to her later. We'll go buy our lunch first. You wait for us, okay?" Strange... I felt something I can't understand. But, it doesn't seems bad rather it is something good, what is it?

"Yes ma'am! See you later!" I stated.

"See you!" And she ended the call.

I walked towards the field and saw some students playing soccer but I didn't dare to watch as I focused on finding the place from my vision where I saw Stella and her new friend coming towards me, that time I was sitting on a bench.

There! I saw it! I walked towards the bench and take a seat. Now, looking around I can see students lurking, this place is more likely a park than a field with benches and a road at the side.

Suddenly, I saw a group of girls walking they are pretty and sexy, and it seems like they've been in trainings... they must be from Fighters Course. There neckties are blue and... I'm right Fighters was written on their neckties.

A road is near from my place so any students who get to walk on that road is seen from here, just like those group of girls whose posture are shouting confidence.

"Kelly!!" I heard Stella's voice so I looked at it to see her walking while holding a trey of foods, smiling. Beside her is a beautiful blonde girl probably in 5'7, her posture is charming and lovely also holding a trey of foods.

I'm 5'6 though, black hair, well others said I'm pretty, mom said I'm gorgeous. I'm not saying that I am, it's what they said. So, maybe I am?? Hihi!

"Hey!" I waved my hand as they walked closer.

They put the trey on the table "Kelly this is Elena and Elena this is-"

"Kelly." Elena cut her off, smiling while extending her hand to me so I took it. Suddenly, a vision popped in my head.

~I saw a handsome guy "We have to, danger is coming Elena and I want you out of it." The guy told her with sincerity.

"Okay fine. Just stay safe then. Promise me." She said to the guy in worry.~

She took her hand out which made me out of my vision.

"You're so pretty!" I beamed.

She laughed "You're beautiful, I'm beginning to like you." She smiled.

"Thank you!" I came closer at her "Just don't fall for me 'coz Stella just did." I whispered in her ears that made her laugh.

"Hey! I heard that and I'm not!" Stella nagged looking pissed. So, I made a peace sign at her.

"No, I won't. 'Coz my heart is already taken." Elena said pointing to her heart.

"OMG! Really!?" Stella and I exclaimed in sync.

She laughed again "It's our secret." She whispered.

"Can we meet him?" I asked excitedly.

"Yes, yes, please. He must be damn handsome." Stella added.

"On the right time. He doesn't know it yet." She smiled weakly. Is it the guy I saw? What might be the danger that is coming to them?

"Ow, I see. So, let's eat?" Stella asked taking a seat. I nodded.

"Yes! I'm already hungry." Elena said caressing her flat stomach.

We take a seat and started eating.

"Btw, how did the two of you met?" They are on the same building but I'm kind of curious. I can know it though if I'll use my power but I prefer to be normal. Holding a thing or a person can answer my curiosity. I can see the past, including the past I would like to see but the vision of future just popped on my head which is mostly upcoming dangers. That's why I can always get out of my death. If I don't have this power I'm long... dead.

"Oh, it's a short story." Elena smiled.

"We just bumped at each other and boom! We're already friends!" Stella throws her hands up in the air.

"Woah! That's fantastic!" I exclaimed while clapping my hands suddenly I stopped "I have one more question though, if you don't mind me asking Elena." I looked at her in curiosity.

"Of course! Anything for you." She stated and I smiled.

"I can see that you have come from Special Course. So... ahm..." I really don't know what to say because I might make her piss or what.

"Are you curious on what power do I have?" She continued. So I nodded hesitantly. Tch. I should have used my power on her. "Hey! It's really fine for me okay, I don't mind it. In this school everyone are open in the secrets they've been hiding before. This school is everyone's freedom." She said and take a sip on her juice.

"She's so cool Kelly!" Stella exclaimed.

"I'm not really. It's just that we are all gifted. Well, to answer your question. I have the power to control air." I coughed and immediately drink my juice.

"Air!?" I exclaimed. "Wow! That's absolutely cool!"

Stella smiled facing Elena "I told you, right?" And then she turned to me "We're kind of similar but she control air and mine is water that I can turn into ice." She smiled widely.

"Yeah! You two are so cool!" I exclaimed.

We finished eating our food and now we are having a conversation.

"Ow, so you're graduating..." I nodded in understanding. Stella is already in Grade 12...

"Yup!"

Suddenly,

"Agh!!!" We heard screams coming from girls. When we looked at it, girls are running at my back side, so I followed them with my eyes, turning my body and see...

"Oh s**t!" Elena cursed. "Fuc* it!" Followed by Stella and I... was dumbfounded as I felt my cheeks burning...
