Sold To The Powerful Alpha King

"It seems you have something important to say Maxdole. Let it be Quick!" Maxdole halted, the voice was deep almost like the voice of a devil. He turned and met the eyes of the person that had spoken. "I would like to have a negotiation." He said, keeping his chin high. No matter how people praised the man, he wanted the negotiation to go well. He had nothing to lose if it went bad. The only thing was handling Ismene over to them and they would be fine. "What is it? Like I said Alpha Maxdole. Let it be quick." "Alpha Alexander." He began, rubbing his chin. "I want the land back. The land my fathers and the fathers before him had fought to keep. I want it back. It is supposed to be family heredity. It is supposed to be an inheritance." Maxdole said, brushing his sides and smiling at the man. "Hmm, and inheritance you say." He mumbled, nodding his head as if understanding the situation. "Have you heard of the adage Maxdole? Others inherit their Kingdoms while others take their Kingdoms by force." Alpha Alexander said, clicking his tongue as if disappointed by the situation. "The adage doesn't say take a thing that doesn't belong to you does it?" Maxdole replied, choosing his words wisely. "Hmm, seems you do not understand what I'm saying Alpha Maxdole. Others inherit their Kingdoms while others take them by force. I decided to take it by force because no one could get up and take it in this kind of situation. You'd have to take it back by force." Alpha Alexander said, his lips stretching for a smile. A smile that didn't come, didn't show. A blank expression was what he had. "I heard Alpha Zane is almost turning rogue because his wife died and he has not mated with any other woman yet." "I would choose my words carefully before speaking if I were you." Alpha Alexander said, his dark eyes boring down the glass window. "I have a female in my pack that is a Stealer." Alpha Alexander's eyes snapped up. It had been so long since he had heard about a person with no wolf and it was almost recorded as extinct. "Hmm, keep talking." "She's in the dungeon below and she has willingly decided to mate with Alpha Zane." That piqued Alpha Alexander's interest and he nodded. "And what is the condition for this?" Alpha Alexander asked. After Zane had lost his wife, the man began to act insane. It was almost impossible to control him but he was trying and if he'd have the stealer to mate with, he was sure he'd be fine. "I want the land back." "You cannot have such a huge land for just a stealer Maxdole, didn't the counsel teach you how to negotiate?" "It is the best I can offer." "Forget it then, I will find a Stealer for him myself or maybe the moon goddess might decide to bless him with another mate." "I will think about it, Alpha Alexander," Maxdole said, and just as the wind blew in the room... the man was gone. Alpha Maxdole sighed, rubbing his forehead. He had a woman to fool and a woman to tame! ***** Ismene was getting anxious. She didn't like the stench, she didn't like the fact that the upper part of the dungeon was leaking and pouring dirty water on her ten thousand dollars dress. The gate of the dungeon opened and she smiled when she saw the man that had come in. "Maxdole." She yelled and jumped up to hug him but the shackles held her in place. "We made a plan Ismene." He said, and she nodded.. sitting back on the chair. "A plan to do what exactly?" She had to be sure. "A plan to get you mated." "Aren't we mating?" "You cannot mate with me Ismene. I am an Alpha, mating with me means you'd become a Luna and with your current state darling.. you're not fit for that. People will judge you." He mumbled, his words coming soft. "I don't care if people judge me." Ismene frowned. She didn't like where their conversation was heading. "We have made plans for you to mate with Alpha Zane, a widower in the Lions pack. He is going to take care of you and he's going to love you as you've never been loved." He continued. Ismene didn't know whether to laugh or cry. She loved him so much and he had already made plans to throw her into another man's arms? A widower for that matter. And not even a widower to another pack. The very pack that never accepts outsiders, the very pack she had heard evil things about. The pack was ruled by a heartless and ruthless Alpha. "They are going to kill me Maxdole. If you send me there, they'll kill me and they'll throw my body in the sea where you can never find me again." Ismene said, folding her arms across her chest. "Why can't we just mate Maxdole? You're being so unfair right now!" Ismene half yelled, glaring at him as she tried to walk but the shackles kept pining her right there. "Unfair? Do you think I'm being unfair? You're the one who has been unfair this whole time Ismene. You're a person with no wolf and you want me to mate with you. Imagine an Alpha mating with someone like yourself, someone with no wolf at all... That can never happen Ismene, you can never be the Luna and you never will be!" He yelled, and she cringed shifting back. "I will never do as you want. I'll never be his mate." She said, staring right back at him. "You leave me no choice then?" He huffed and walked out of the dungeon, banging the gate as he did. Maxdole was heartless, so heartless and she was beginning to see what Caitlin had been talking about. They were all the same. The dungeon creaked open again and she looked up to see Eline. What the hell was she doing here? "Hi, sister dear." "Say your mind and get out of here Eline, I have nothing to say to you." Ismene scoffed. "Funny you have nothing to say but you're talking.." "What do you want?" "I didn't come here to fight you sister." Her voice came out unexpectedly low and soft. Ismene looked up, worried that her ear was not hearing quite well. "You see..you should be so happy that you're leaving for the Lions pack. A place has been meaning to go ever since I was a kid. You should be happy that you're going to mate with an Alpha, a person close to Alpha Alexander." Eline said, and huffed. Ismene could detect the jealousy in her sister's voice as she called the name of the Alpha. As if she was angered that she was going there instead of her. If it were so, she would not mind exchanging places with her. "Is that all?" Ismene asked, staring at her sister that looked like she wanted to fight instead of talk. "Can't you be a little cautious? I'm talking softly to you." "I didn't ask you to talk softly to me..you chose to do that." Ismene shook her head and sighed. "Go to hell for all I care.' Eline said and walked to the door. "What good advice you gave me sister, don't you worry I'll take it to my grave," Ismene yelled after her sister. She closed her eyes. Tears stung the back of her head but she was not letting them fall. Maxdole was a monster, he was so heartless for making her this miserable! She sighed silently, cleaning her eyes now and then until the gate opened again. Damn the gate for making so much noise. "What are you doing?" She asked, seeing the guard with a needle. "I was asked to give you this." The guard said and pressed the needle into her arm. The only thing she could hear as she fell into Oblivion was... "Unlock the shackles and put her into the carriage."
