James' POV
I woke up contented and happy to see Samantha sleeping peacefully beside me. It was so painful for me to see how hurt she was last night because of my damn cousin. My heart and mind were raging on fire, remembering how hard she cried last night. So, I decided to get up and take a bath. I needed to talk to Jack and make him apologize to Samantha.
It's only 4:30 in the morning and I'm sure everyone is still sleeping. The cold water couldn't ease my furious heart, so I hurriedly finished bathing.
My mother was already up and sitting comfortably on the couch in our living room. This angered me more.
