When my eyes opened to see sunlight washing over me, I bolted upright as soon as I realized I wasn’t lying on the floor as I should. The events of last night were quick to siphon in my mind and I couldn’t help but growl in frustration when I remembered how Aston told everyone not to dance with me at my sister’s wedding and then forced me to sleep in his bed when all I wanted was to be away from him. I turned around, ready to tell him to get away from me only to realize I was all alone in the giant bed. Where was Aston? He couldn’t have left for work without me giving him breakfast.
