I was having a rather peaceful sleep until something had frightened me.
"Cydee! Get up! You're going to be late again for school!" my sister Cydney had shouted, I groan loudly, I couldn't pull in the energy to get myself up, the bed had been pulling me back.
I had started hearing footsteps arising from whence the stairs. I knew it was her. She opened my door.
"What did I say?" she said, holding a metal pan.
"Yeah yeah I'll be down there...just give me 5 minutes" I replied nonchalantly.
"5 minutes? Its already 8:35" she exclaimed, my eyes had widened open when I heard the time.
I immediately got up and accidentally slipped through my blanket, landing on my face, I picked myself up and jogged to the bathroom, after that I changed onto my football uniform, grabbed my bag, and headed downstairs in a hurry. I passed by my sister,
"Hey" she said. I turned around to see her smiling.
"What?" I asked passive-aggressively.
"Take care" she said with a smile slapped unto her face. Our grandma used to say that to us, she had now long passed away. I didn't even get to know our real parents, which had led me to be a prime avoidance for bullies.
"I will, thanks, you too." I said as I rushed away.
I went to the kitchen as I snatched and bit the apple in my mouth while wearing my socks and shoes. I then proceeded to lock the front door and raced as fast as I could, intentionally running into people I didn't know.
"Sorry!" I shouted while going down the street,
I passed several buildings while turning the other way on the dark alley, I ran as I crossed the road and a car suddenly honked at me, that I was so busy running ahead that I didn't look where I was going.
"Sorry! I'm in a hurry!" I yelled as I endlessly ran,
I knew I was close when I saw a tall building out in the distance. The minute I arrived at the school gate, I hesitantly ran inside the campus while going through the corridors and up the stairs,
I then stopped from my tracks as I slowly went inside my classroom, my teacher, who is facing the board while writing the notes down, my classmates laughed quietly as I tiptoed towards my armchair.
"Lodense" my professor said as he turned around,
I stopped moving once he mentioned my surname, I gradually turned around to face him, Mr. Brooks, my biology teacher.
I then grabbed and bit the apple in my mouth,
"You're late. Again" he said with his arms crossed.
"My alarm clock didn't rang so-" before I was suppose to finish my sentence, I was cut off by him saying.
"Enough with your excuses! Come down with me to the principal's office after my class" he scolded while he went back on what he was doing.
I sighed as I sat in my chair in the middle of the room while placing my bag down next to me, my pals, and even my football colleagues. Gal, Jayz, and Cope gave me a concerned look, and I gave them a small smile in response.
When my biology class is finally over, me and my teacher headed towards the principal's office. I sat there quietly in front of the principal while I was playing with my fingers, as he searches for my file on his desk, whilst my teacher stood beside the door.
"Look, Cydee... you're a good kid, a great student and you never caused me any trouble...but being late in class for the past two months..." Principal Harrison said in concern while he shaked his head.
"Is there anything bothering you on why you're always late? Family problems?" he asks as he follows.
I tilted my head onto him and I replied,
"No...nothing sir...",
The chairman then nodded his head in response, he took a minute before he speaks again.
"Just- Just show in class on time, or else you'll keep muddling the discussion of your teachers" the principal said.
"I will...it won't happen again sir..." Cydee responded.
"You may leave" Harrison said serenely as he stood up from his office chair while shoving the both of his hands inside his pockets.
I then moved and walked out of the principal's office while Mr. Brooks follows.
The school bell rang as students prepared their belongings as they exited the classroom, some were on campus, while others were being picked up by their parents.
I was sprinting down the field with the ball in my feet, my eyes glued on the football net, I waited for my timing before going for the goal, I trusted my instincts as I kicked the ball into the net, and I scored once more.
"Goal!" my coach yelled in honored
"Good job Lodense! Keep it up!" my coach shouted and he pulled a thumbs up on me
I smiled and waved my hand in response
I then took a break by exiting the field and sitting on the bench, wiping my sweaty face with my white shirt while watching my other teammates play in the meadow,
I picked up my backpack from the ground and looked for my water bottle, I took all of my notebooks and papers out, and yet my bottle was nowhere to be found. I sighed and leaned against the bench's back.
"Damnit..." I said to myself
"Forgot it again huh?" Cope said while he handed his jug to me
"You're a lifesaver" I exclaimed as I drank the water from his bottle and then handed it back to him,
"Okay, Warriors! I'm going to call it a day! You all did fantastic today, now it's time to focus on our upcoming battle! And don't forget to shake a leg!" our coach had yelled. As my teammates began to pack their belongings before leaving,
"Are you coming to get starbucks with us?" Gal asked and glanced at me
"Nah, I'll pass, I gotta get home before it gets dark" I replied whilst I stood up and grabbed my bag
"Alright! We'll see you on Monday!" Jayz had yelled from afar on where Gal and Cope were accompanying him on his walk. As I said my goodbyes, I raised and waved my hand, then I walked out of the school.
I returned home after a lengthy trip from school, I opened and entered the front door,
"I'm home!" I yelled on our quiet and boring house
"Over here!" my sister yelled back, who's in the kitchen frying some meat
I removed my shoes, and led my bag down the stairs. As I laid down on the couch to take a short nap, I grabbed up a tiny pillow and buried my face into it.
"Hey Cy, I gotta study now, I left your dinner on the table and don't forget to lock the doors and windows, kay?" Cydney said as she grabbed her bag and jacket on the kitchen counter
"Alright...take care" I responded calmly while my face is still buried in the pillow
Cydney chuckled in response, as I heard the front door closing,
~
I walked out of the house, leaving my younger brother behind, scanning through my bag to see if I had forgotten anything, and after a few minutes of walking, it was already dusk when I arrived at the cafe.
I pushed the door open. Luckily I brought my jacket because it's freezing inside here, I scrolled through my phone while I waited in line, when it was my turn, I ordered a single brewed coffee and handed the cashier the money,
I left the cafe after receiving my order and continued walking towards my friend's apartment for our impending unfinished project. I glanced through my phone while I took a sip from my coffee,
I gazed around the place and I realize that I'm all alone, that's weird, where's everyone? It's only 7:05 in the evening, at first ofcourse I didn't bother, I just enjoyed my alone time in the streets, jamming with my music in my ears
When I sensed someone is following me from behind, I turned around to see a strange-looking man, and I sped up my pace while keeping my head down. When I tilted my head, not even a mile away, I noticed another man approaching me.
My heart had skipped a beat, and I was terrified of what was about to happen next, but the two men just kept on getting closer. I tried to run away, when I felt a sudden shock behind my neck,
I fell on the floor, laying unconsciousness
"Get her to the ship" Furia ordered the two towering cyborgs, as the bots had done as they were commanded, and soon followed the ship, flying above,
As the capsule slowly landed, the three stepped inside the aircraft, where the cyborg led the student beside the other hostages who were resting unconscious on the floor,
~
I was jolted awake by the sound of my alarm clock beeping incessantly I reached for the off button, turned to the other side of my bed, gazed out the window, and sighed.
I got up and slowly made my way to the bathroom to take a shower, following which I changed into my red hoodie, brown shorts, and hazel rubber shoes.
I immediately removed my phone from the charger on my desk and checked to see if I had any messages from my sister, speaking of my sister, I was struck by how silent the house was.
I then exited my room and went in search of her.
"Cydney? Are ya home?" As my voice resonated throughout the house, I went downstairs and looked every corner of the room and yet, she's nowhere to be found
I pouted my lips as I shoved my phone into my pocket and grabbed the keys to lock the door as I went for a walk.
It was a pleasant morning as I walked towards the park, where children were playing on the playground and people were jogging and walking,
I was sitting on a bench watching folks have a nice time when a few young chicks approached me and settled down on my feet, they were so soft and fuzzy,
I saw a stale piece of bread next me, and I fed them, I smiled and let out a chuckle as their tiny heads rested on my palm.
The small chicks suddenly ran, and I did nothing but pet them, while
I heard screams from a distance and children sobbing as they ran past by me. I stood up and looked in the direction where they were running away.
I couldn't see what was going on when a large space engine appeared and flew from the sky, and I noticed two mysterious persons walking towards us, holding a grip on a firearm, while the cyborgs continued to snatch the victims,
As soon as I saw them, my eyes opened entirely, I don't know why I couldn't move a single muscle, I was scared as hell! I was locked in place when an unexpected beam blew through my path, forcing me to move, finally! I ran away from the disaster.
I looked over my shoulder to see the bots continue to kidnap those helpless people. I then accidentally bumped into someone and as I was about to apologize, he was towering over me, glaring at me,
He then grabbed my face with his bare hands while injecting something into my neck, and I passed out, crashing on the ground. People fleeing and yelling were the last thing I saw, and I lay there frailly as my vision began to fade.
When the crew had enough prisoners. Zire, Furia, and the bots headed back to their ship as they gently left Gaia and returned to their planet to t*****e their hostages for a brief time,
Everything is dark, I can't move, and I have no idea where I am. I took the time to observe my surroundings, I am laying between the victims, and when I noticed a window ahead of me, I didn't hesitate to take a look,
I was frightened when I saw the bots and those two humans. When they started approaching us, I quickly retreated and pretended to be in a coma.
"Wake them up" the captain commanded.
The bots then opened the gate and screeched at us, causing the citizens to open their eyes and hear the ear piercing noise. As the children began to weep, several of them covered their ears, all of us are in terror,
"Get moving now!" Furia yelled in rage.
The people then moved their legs as they went in front, a few bots went ahead us as they snatch a couple of folks on their hands, while placing them onto the electric chair.
While me and the others are being held restricted by the cyborgs,
My sister Cydney, who is still unconscious, was also placed on one of the chairs, I tried my best to scream, but my throat is in discomfort.
"C-Cydney! Wake up!" I yelled as I coughed.
I gradually opened my eyes, seeing nothing but these people in front of me, while I was positioned in a sort of battery-inducted chair, from whence I had heard the battery-coursing whizzing with the both of my wrists and feet,
Cuffed on the chair, I was terrified.
Though I'm not the only one sitting in this chair, several others are as well. I gazed my head around to look for my brother, not far from a distance, Cydee, who is being held captive by a cyborg.
As the bots inserted the wires through the back of every chair we sat, connected to the lever where the Captain stands,
"Isn't it true that those who didn't feel the shock have the energy?" Feint asks as he gazed at Furia,
Furia responded with a nod of her head,
Zire pulled the lever down and out of nowhere, sparks flew as the electricity conducted within us from the electric chair, loud screams and tears had filled the entire chamber,
Furia took a minute before directing her eyes to the bots, instructing them to prepare the next batch.
The cyborgs then removed all of the hostages from the chair, replacing them with the following set, which my brother is included,
"NO!!" I yelled, as bots held me back,
~
When the first torment is over, the cyborgs took all of the victims from the chair and replaced us fragile people, I tried to make my escape, but the bot restricted me even harder.
My feet and wrists are both tied in the chair. I'm not sure what I'll feel or if I'll fall. Or will I perish? I'm already terrified by sitting on this ridiculous chair.
The Captain then pulled the lever down, and everyone shouted in pain as they cried. While I, simply sat there and I asked myself. Is my chair broken? Or did it simply not worked?
"Put it on high voltage" Zire commanded they did as what their told.
I'm scared that I'm going to get fried at this stupid chair, the captain once pulled again the lever down, all of them had their eyes wide opened, even its on high voltage still It didn't work, I was surprised that I didn't feel anything, not even a poke of a needle,
"Does he?..." Greer gazed onto me so are everyone else,
Furia ordered the trusty soldiers to take the remaining hostages back to their planet,
"It's unbelievable...we've finally found the energy" Zire said to himself,
"Put him through the cells" Furia ordered.
"Wait! No! I'm not leaving without him!" Cydney yelled as the cyborgs held her, Furia glared at Cydney then back at me,
They were both put inside a cell. The boy was sitting and leaning on his sister's shoulder, they didn't know what was bound to happen, though there's no use, they cannot fight these tall robots by themselves.

Meanwhile, on Earth, somewhere around in India. The Proximanians are exhausted from their search for this energy, they've been working for so long and shocking every person they encounter, but no energy has been discovered,
"Before Castelo gets that energy...I'm going to get it first" Garrett thought to himself as the guy on his shoulders collapses,
"Captain...can we take a break? We're all tired at this point" one of his troops pleaded.
"I'm also tired! Did I complain?!" Garrett responded passive-agressively
"I heard that the Alpha Centaurus crew was the first to discover energy? Is that true?" one of the soldiers whispered.
"Who cares about the energy, I just want live a simple and normal life like everybody else, instead of doing Nazarath's dirty work for her" one of the troops replied.
"WHAT?!" Garrett yelled while he turned around,
"CASTELO GOT THE ENERGY FIRST?!" the captain shouted in rage.
"Oh!- Uh, we don't really know yet...and it's just a rumor cap" the soldier responded.
"No! He can't!...It's impossible to find it! With all of these people! I have to check if it's true! Everyone! Return to the ship!" Garrett ordered as everyone else went inside the aircraft.

The Matriarch sat on her chair, gazing out the window at the gorgeous sky with the skyscrapers and bridges. As she sipped from her bourbon-filled glass,
"Beautiful day isn't it? You look calm today your Excellency, no problems?" Nikolai asked politely as he stood beside her,
"It's not an issue as long as my soldiers are moving" Nazarath responded calmly.
She then had caught Droid's attention, who was standing and looking down by the window with the both of his hands on his back,
"Droid, sweetheart?" she questioned as she glanced at him.
Droid then turned his head on Nazarath looking anxious,
"If you're worried about Zire and Furia, don't be, they're secure in my hands... they're big enough now to stand on their own" The Matriarch said as she sipped from her glass,
Droid then sighed and paused for a moment before exiting the chamber, as Nikolai stood there watching him leave,
"What are you thinking, Duvrion?" Nikolai muttered to himself as he kept his gaze fixed on Droid's location.
~
"You" Furia said as she opened the cells,
The two scooted backwards, looking frightened,
"Don't be afraid, I'm not going to kill you unless I am asked to" Furia remarked, glaring at them,
"I need you to grab a file called Doc.X on the hallway down to the right, and bring it to Zire's office. Understood?" Furia exclaimed,
The student nodded her head, she did as she was told,
"Wait," Furia said as she came to a halt.
"Cydney. Am I correct?" she asked,
The young lady then nodded,
"And him?" Furia inquired, her gaze falling on Cydee,
Cydney answered, "Cydee...my younger brother" she took a minute before she continued on her walk, Furia then closed the cells.
She had opened the door covered with nails and pikes, a sharp object caught her hand and did her index finger start bleeding, she went inside and searched the file that Furia asked her to.
Until something caught her attention, a USB, shaped like a circle. Then did she make out another object, she saw this DVD, like a triangular box, and she inserted the circle.
Hundreds of holographic images started to pop up, she was scared, she didn't know what to do, not until she saw an image of her. Not only her, but with her brother, and the other two humanoids align together.
She understood the foreign text, as if she had prior experience with it. A laser flew through the DVD box, breaking it into pieces, Cydney turned around to see Furia, she was holding a firearm pointed right at her, she was scared again.
"You...you're my sister" Cydney said with a concerned and distraught look on her face. Furia never taught that she'd find this out, but she did, and slowly carried the g*n downwards.
~
"What if we get caught?" one of the soldiers questioned,
"Don't sweat it, we're just going to check, that's all," Garrett replied as he controlled the ship. While they entered and parked their capsule at the corner of the Centaurus' station,
The Proximanians then dropped themselves out of the aircraft, as they divided up, and walked into the station in search of the energy.
Cydee yawned as he still sat in his cell, he suddenly felt something strange within his stomach, he felt nauseous, he felt dizzy, the boy tried standing up yet he fell limply on the floor.
The junior had heard footsteps approaching his way, he then immediately gathered all of his strength while he stood up, gripping in between the bars,
"Where is it?..." Garrett wondered as he inspected every door he passed, and when the crew heard a noise coming in one of the corridors, they hurried quickly to look over.
The soldiers then proceeded down the passageway, opening and scanning each cell within the room.
"Heavens...are you alright?" one of troops asked the boy who's looking pale,
"Who are you talking to?-" Garrett interrupted.
The Captain then took a minute examining the junior from head to toe, while Cydee stared at them with curiosity. Garrett led his shocker on the boy's waist.
"Hey!" the young man exclaimed while slapping the captain's hand dropping the shocker. Garrett in rage, grabbed the junior's collar as his face slammed into the bars.
"That was rude boy" the captain said as he gave him a menacing glare,
"Woah cap, calm down, he-he's just a kid" the soldier said beside him,
"I know that!" Garrett exclaimed,
"You did notice that he didn't flinched on your shock, right?" one of the troops questioned,
After realizing what had happened, the soldier then handed the jolt to the Captain, repeatedly shocking the boy's arms and waist. Garrett paused for a bit before asking the junior,
"Did you feel anything? Not even a single wince?"
Cydee shaked his head in response.
The man then let a laugh out as smirk appeared on his face, he gazed on the boy that will make him the second-in-command soon.
"Open the cell" the captain commanded.
His men looked onto him in confusion while they asked,
"Captain...didn't we just say we'd only check?",
"Nonsense, I changed my mind, get him out before someone sees us" Garrett instructed, and his soldiers carried out his orders, opening the cell and placing a bag over the junior's head as they walked out the station, heading to their aircraft.
