Ch 18 Winter

She was currently waiting outside Golden Oak Spa. Her friends were on their way. She was so excited that it had only been just over 2 weeks in golden oak, but she wanted to show her friends

Rose and Tommy were so excited to spend the weekend with her and Eden and to meet Caspian properly. The only downside they won't as Caspian and Harry are going to watch Gilly, and dad is going to protect the pack.

Trey and Ziggy are staying with us at the spa. They are warriors here and Mitchell. Caspian told her that his grandfather could still hold her own.

She had the idea to invite Gilly and Tarla to basically see what his answer was. She was told by Hara that Tarla was a loner and kept herself in theirs suite.

She thought she'd go and speak she was surprised at how open Tarla was and forward with her. She didn't understand what everyone was talking about.

"She has bear venom in her vains?" Skye said.

Really, you can smell it? "Yes, I'm a royal bear. I can smell it. She was mates to a brown bear who was half bear half human,"

She didn't know you could do that. She thought about her bear and her uncles' offer to go to the bear kingdom.

"I've never had too."

Skye, would you like to go to the bear kingdom she wouldn't stop you. Skye didn't say anything.

Now Tarla was with them and Gilly back in the pack. Gilly looked like Caspian but more fair skinned. Caspian had told her Gilly was named after his mother an omega. His father has Alpha ordered her to never speak of their affair, and basically, he forced himself on her.

Gorden really wasn't a nice Alpha as horrible as it sounds he's glad Caspian killed him. Caspian, Harry, and her father had got out just before the portal. To head back to the pack. Caspian and Harry were going to follow Gilly, and Dad was going to head back to the pack hide and protect the pack.

She saw a car approaching the spa. It's pulled up, and her and Eden were bouncing very excitedly. Rosie and Tommy got out. Rosie ran at her and Winter. Tommy walked at a slow pace. Happy birthday, you two. Are you excited.

"Yes, give me that back massage. Father, decide now we are 18. we need to up our training he's been kicking my ass literally,"

She laughed. She turned to the alpha unit. Rosie, Tommy, this is the Caspian unit. Trey her beta, who is Eden mate and Ziggy her gamma. Caspian and Harry, our delta, is currently showing her father around the area. Hopefully, he will make it back later.

Trey, Ziggy, this is Rossetta or Rosie and her twin brother Tommy. Not identical, as you can see. Their parents for elite warrior about 9 generations she thinks.

"Yes, so father is letting us feel it," Rosie said, laughing.

"It will make us strong," Tommy said.

Caspian grandfather approached us. "Hello everyone, I've organised the biggest cabin. It has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you'll have to share, but still, a lot of space"

That sounds lovely. "Jo here will show you to the house, but I just need a chat with Winter first." She nodded.

All of you go, and she will catch up with you all. Go unpack and settle in. Eden took her bag for her. Mitchell, is everything okay?

"Yes, I heard from Caspian he is watching Gilly he's run off into the woods to meet someone. He's requested you stay here with the protection of the pack. We have warriors here and beta, Gamma, so you are safe. Caspian told me how special you are, "

She raised an eyebrow at him.

"He didn't tell me what just that you are a special shifter. "

Alright, would you like to know? She wanted to hear his answer.

"I'm sorry, that's not why I said it. I just wanted you to know you'd be protected,"

No offence was taken, but she will keep it to herself for now. Well, until she's marked, that's what her father would prefer.

"No offence taken either, my dear. Come, I will show you to the cabin,"

Mitchell drove her to the cabin. It was a 2-story wooden cabin with a balcony . All the way around the bottom. It was surrounded by trees, and it was pretty.

She walked into the house. It was a large living area. The right door to the dining room. The left door was a large kitchen. She walked down a corridor they had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Eden showed her upstairs 3 more bedrooms. One was hers. It's was decorated in orange and brown colours, and it suited the theme of the house well.

"I've unpacked your things," Eden said.

Thank Eden. What do you all want to do first?

"What's available to do?" Tarla said.

Have you never been here?

"Gilly offered a lot, but i never accepted," she said, looking down

Trey help? Trey smiled. "Well, the normal spa stuff. Swimming, treatments, hair, nails, sport, or just relaxing,"

Sounds going. "In the evening, normally a spa event on is on at the weekend. Tonight, I think it's movie night. A big projector is set up across the river. So everyone from their cabins can watch it. " Ziggy said.

"That different I like, never know a spa do that," Rosie said.

"Yes, I spent most of my younger years here working while at uni we all did. Different events throughout the year," Ziggy said.

Rosie was just staring at him. "Younger years?" Rosie asked.

"Yes, I'm in my 40s, same as Caspian." Ziggy said.

Rosie eyes went wide. Winter laughed. Rosie, did you not listen to her when she spoke about Caspian and his unit.

"Yes, he just doesn't look in his 40s," she stated a little embarrassed.

Well, we are wolves, remember. Her cheeks were red. Winter nudged her. She laughed. She was linked by Ziggy.

"Your friend is cute."

She looked straight at him. Watch those eyes of your Ziggy, and she has a boyfriend who's mostly likely will be her mate this coming moon.

"Really? was you're boyfriend yours?" he asked, smirking.

Winter was just staring at him. Ziggy was right. Tanner wasn't her mate, but boyfriend for years. Ziggy was still smiling while her cogs were turning.

"Winter?" Rosie said.

She's fine, just thinking. So what does everyone want to do. No one said anything. How about spa treatments and relaxing for the first day. All nodded. She laughed. You all can have an opinion. She laughed again.

Winter, Eden, Rosie, and Tarla all had their nails done. Head massages. The boys all had neck and back massages. We were all currently in swimwear, the ladies were sat around the outdoor hot tub, and we had a glass of prosecco.The boys had gone to the gym of all things. She turned to Tarla. Are you enjoying yourself?

"Yes, thank you for inviting me,"

Tarla, can she ask you something? "Of course, Luna?"

It's just winter or win. She's not a Luna yet, but you are. Tarla looked down. "I've not been very Luna like"

Why? "My past is a sad one. My mate was killed in an attack on my pack. I'm omega born. He was a brown bear from the bear kingdom. We met at a wolfen council ball. They do them every year. One for Alpha male and females. One for higher ranked members. One for warrior and elite and one for omega to help them find their mates."

"We met he was wonderful a brown bear. My parents were nervous about me moving to the bear kingdom with all the wars that happened. He agreed to move to my pack, and my alpha accepted. We were attacked, and he was killed. "

"My wolf missed the bear company. His family were wonderful and invited me to live with them. My wolf wanted to go, but then we scented Gilly, and everything changed. Gilly didn't give up he waited a long time while I tried to convince my wolf to accept him. "

"She misses Chip. That was Tony's bear. Then we smelled you,"

Tarla went quiet. It's okay, her friends, know have always known who she really was and who her mother was. How much can you tell about her?

Well, can you keep a secret even from your mate just until she's marked. Tarla nodded. She is a double shifter. A wolf and a bear. Her mother was a royal bear. It's probably why your wolf feels comfortable around her. Tarla smiled.

"Good, he is good to her. He tries really hard, and I never give anything back. If my wolf is sad, I'm sad. "

"Ladies, please let's get you inside now,"

We all got out of the pool and grabbed our towels. What's going on, Trey?

"The spa is under attack?"

What about the humans. "No human allowed on a weekend. Wolves only. " Trey said.

Well, at least that's one thing. What's going on? We all walked out from the pack house, the front gate, and the trees out front.Her phone was ringing it was dad. She answered, Dad?

"You need to go hide in the pack house I'm coming."

What's going on? then she smelt rouges at least 30. Golden oak warriors came from behind with a large black wolf, which she assumed was Mitchell. Ziggy, Trey, and Eden all shifted, guarding her. A rouge shifted.

"Hand over the luna. " He said.

Ziggy and Trey wolf were growling. Rosie and Tommy shifted. All had circled her in protection.Why do you want her?

"To hurt Caspian and destroy everything he loves."

She could sense Alpha blood within him. What do you want with Caspian?

"Caspian is my father,"

Her eyes went wide. She saw her own father come from behind the rouge. Dad no don't.
