Ch 4 Caspian

He was sitting in his car. Harry was driving. "What's up?" Do you think he should have invited Winter to stay with him. "Did you not?" Not in those words. "What words did you use?" That we are new and still getting to know each other, but when she was ready to come, that was fine.

"You really are dumb sometimes. You know that?" What? "No wonder she was off with you before we left. You actually needed to say. Winter. I would like you to move to my pack and eventually become my luna. " Harry said. He didn't want to be pushy and force her like her ex.

"You didn't show her you want her either, you do, don't you?" He doesn't not want her. He never thought he'd get another mate, Harry it's confusing.

He heard Winter tell her friends he didn't like or her him. "I get that." What he's been understanding and polite. "Yeah, but an alpha would normally would have grabbed her, marked her, mated the hell put of her regardless of ex or pack they were in."

He smiled, he knew, but the mark really triggered him. "I get it," We were just chatting, and then about 20 rouge attacked us out of nowhere. We were taking on multiple times at a time. Then he felt Ziggy join the fight with another all white wolf with red eyes. She was beautiful she took them down effortlessly.

He was distracted and got stabbed with a rouges claw straight in his side. He heard a massive roar, and a white polar bear appeared to grab the wolf by its neck, pining it to the tree. She shifted back to a naked winter.

"Shift now," she said. Her aura is forcing the rough, too. " We all felt it. "You're a hybrid," the rouge struggled to say. "Who sent you?" She asked. "No one."

"Who sent you?" she roared.

"No one." he said.

"Fine, I have no need of you,"

"Noooo wait, he did this the one we call master he want your pack" Pointing at him. "That's it," the rouge nodded. Winter snapped his neck.

Winter? he called out to her. She walked away to her suitcase and put on clothes. He and his men did the same. Winter. "That was a setup," she said. He knows but about your shifters. She exhaled.

"Right, I need you all to swear you will not speak a word of this. My mother was a polar bear, a royal one. She renowsed her crown, gave it all, and settled with my father he is a war general who works for the king, my uncle. I'm at a hybrid, a special kind. I can transform into both without issues. No one knows only a selective few, no one else everyone in the pack thinks I'm a wolf, nothing more," She said.

"We swear, not a word will be said, and you will be safe.You have my word," he told her. "You need to get me to your pack it's not safe for me out in the open like this," Winter said.

He took her hand on instant. You will drive with him. Harry, drive Winters car and Ziggy call for assistance. "What will you tell them?" she looked nervous. The truth were attacked on our way home that his new Luna is with them. We need protection. We are an hour from home, and his wolves are fast.

Winter climbed in his suv with him. She didn't say much. She started looking at herself in the mirror. You look fine, Winter. "I was better presentable than this. " We were attacked. You joined in. that's all that needs to be said.

She was looking around when he saw a little flash in her eyes. Her shifts were, too. Mother and his brother are waiting on the steps with Connie and Roman, her aunt and uncle. We got out. Mother came straight towards us. Mother, this is Winter Frost. Winter, this is his mother, Luna Hara, and his younger brother Gilly.

She held out her hand. Mother scowled but took it. "It's nice to meet you, luna Hara," and bowed her head. "Yes, you too, Winter," Mother said. He was scowling at his own mother. Why was she being so cold toward her.

We turned to see Connie dying to hug her niece. Go see her. Winter walked off to her aunt. "Oh, I'm so happy you're okay," she said. "Yes, you worried us. You should have let me come collect you, " Roman said.

"I know unexpected events happened at home. Things needed to move quicker. I was safe with Alpha Caspian and his unit, " she said.

She didn't say mate. Harry was right. He needed to make an effort with her. Then Kirsty comes running out, hugging him. The growl that came from Winter. He moved Kirsty from him.

"Why is she growling at me, my love?" Kirsty said. Kirsty, this Winter Frost, my goddess gifted mate.

"I'm your mate," she said.

No, we've been dating. "No, I've been your girlfriend for 5 years. Caspian. Tell her, " Kirsty yelled. We will talk about this later. Winter huffed.

"Aunt, uncle, can we drive my father's truck to your house so I can unpack?" Winter said.

Winter, can we speak, please? "Alpha Caspian, can we please speak tomorrow. I am tired it's been a long day, and I would like to just unpack and relax with my family. I'm happy for you to go spend time with your girlfriend. I do wish you would have told me about her. I would have let you off the hook very easily. I'm very understanding. Winter walked away with her family. "You didn't tell her about me," Kirsty said, fake crying. Cut the crap Kirsty you knew we were never going to be mate's. His office now. He turned to his warriors. Thank you all for your assistance in his luna safely home. He also said this straight into Kirsty face. She folded her arm across her chest.

His office now. Kirsty, mother. All headed for his office. He sat down in his chair. Right firstly. Kirsty, we were never in a relationship. We had s*x and the occasionally a date, nothing more. He was never going to take a chosen mate he never wanted a second chance, mate, either.

"No, you don't. I understand. " she said. Please leave his office he needs to speak with his mother and brother in private. She left but left the door open. Harry, could you please. Harry walked over.

"Alpha asked you to leave." He slammed the door shut.

Thank you, Harry. What the hell happened here? "We don't know the cameras we shut off before the fire started." Gilly said.

What was destroyed? "Two equipment buildings were destroyed." Where were you?

"With my mate, it's a full moon. I was spending time with her. " Okay. "What are you implying? " Gilly said. Nothing and stared at his brother. "Well, since you're now back, I will hand your pack back over to you." Thank you.

His brother left. "Why are you hard on him." Mother asked. The last 3 times he's left this pack, there has been a fire, and I've been attacked on his way back each and every time.

"What you didn't tell me that before?" Mother said. No, because he didn't want to worry, you mother.

"In the future, tell me. So Winter Frost looks like she had a fresh rejected mark on her neck. " she asked. It's not what you think, mother, and he didn't appreciate your coldness towards her either.

Then he tried to mark her again. His own father, Alpha Kane, dragged him out before he did. He was on his way to her when he heard Tanner, her ex yelling and threatening her. She stayed calm throughout it all. For an 18 year old women she's a very mature, strong, and respectful person.

He will admit he was annoyed about himself and how it came across. We talked. We are taking it slow. She is going to stay with Connie, and we will start from they.
