677 Words
I had seen my life pass before my eyes for a moment... Fear had invaded me and instead of letting it explain... I had preferred to run away. - Don't ever come near me again!, I shouted at Anna. I was scared, I was a coward but that's how it was because she wasn't like me and I didn't know her... It was there, in front of the front door of the church, that our friendship had ended. To better understand what happened before this tragedy, going back a few minutes... After killing a man who seemed to be his enemy, Alexander heard a loud cry coming from near the river... The person who had shouted... It was me. A man had come from I don't know where, forcibly taking me by the arm to follow him. Anna, she was on the ground. She was unconscious; since the man had knocked him out with a big rock. There was some blood flowing from the head where Anna had received the stone. In fear, I screamed. The eyes of the man who was pulling me were extremely bright red in color. His skin seemed to be rotting. He was bald and his hand was cold like a dead man's. On his mouth, you could see drool from his saliva. I tried to free myself, which pissed him off. He then threw me on the ground brutally, then he took me by the hair. Despite my tortures, the man did not let me go. I was in so much pain. He had dragged me by the hair to go to the cabin. Not even more than a meter away, I saw that Anna had regained consciousness. She was so weak... - Go away!, I had to Anna while crying. The man turned unhappily to look at Anna who was struggling to move. To distract the man, I tried to struggle by all means and by moving in all directions in order to attract his attention. To annoy, the man had wanted to end it quickly. He was going to strangle me. But before he had time to do so, something insane happened... This terrifying man was going to kill me. But something that even science couldn't clearly explain happened before my eyes... - I would have liked never to show you or even tell you what I really am; because you wouldn't believe me... Or even accept it as such, Anna was telling me sadly before running towards me. At that moment, I no longer saw the Anna I had known, but the beast she hid within her... She had managed to tackle the man to the ground when I was about to lose my life. Anna's hair seemed to have increased in volume. Her fingernails, which she had dug into the man's flesh, they were like pointed claws and extremely sharp. Anna's eyes had become like those of a wild animal... Anna was turning into a werewolf right there in front of my eyes. She had noticed Alexander's presence in the distance. She had heard Alexander's whispers telling her to go away with me and be careful that nothing bad happened to me. Anna put me on her back using her mouth before running out of the forest with me on her back. The weather had changed quickly. The sky was overcast and soon after, it started to rain. When we were in front of the entrance door of the church, Anna resumed her human form. His clothes were in very poor condition. She didn't yet know how to control her power well, so her clothes always had to pay the price for each transformation into a wolf. Anna was tired and out of breath. Strangely, his head wound was gone. - Cassa_ - Don't ever come near me again! I shouted before going home. While Anna was left there, alone and sad... I had abandoned her. - "All this time...Anna was actually...No, I'm sure she always was...Anna is a werewolf...", I thought, crying in the rain. .
