I was physically and emotionally tired. I dragged my large suitcase on wheels behind me. All I wanted was a shower, a bed, and a lot of sleep. I had been doing way too much thinking over the past few days, but that flight had felt like it had taken me years instead of a few hours. I took my phone out and powered it on as I headed for the designated area for arrivals. I smiled when I saw Corey’s message.
