Randall quickly ushers me down to the other end of the hall, walking fast, causing me to struggle to keep up. He throws open my bedroom door for me and after we enter, he closes it aggressively.
Shit. I think he’s mad. I knew he wouldn’t be happy, but I couldn’t let him deal with the King alone when he did something so kind for me. I’m afraid to turn around, not wanting to see his eyes, but he grabs my arm roughly and turns me around to face him.
To my surprise, I don’t even see his eyes as his lips are instantly on mine, kissing me so hard that I think they may bruise.
