Leana; “Leana Avenir, second princess of Avenir Kingdom, you are proven guilty without a doubt and the council decided to take everything you have.” My eyes widened when my brother’s secretary read their verdict in the case that they are throwing at me. “Your royal title will also be taken from you and you are not allowed to use Avenir as your surname when you start living outside the palace.” “You can’t do this to me!” I screamed. I can’t believe it! I can’t believe that they are actually throwing me out because of some baseless accusation. “You committed a crime, Leana,” the Queen mother said while looking at me coldly. “You should accept your punishment.” “But I didn’t do it!” I insisted. “I am being framed and you choose to believe someone outside our family instead of me!” “We have all the evidence, Leana.” I turned to my brother’s secretary. “And all of it pointed at you.” I don’t know what to say anymore. From the look in their eyes, I am sure that they will never believe anything that comes from my mouth. Their eyes are telling me that they already think that I really betray our family. That I did betray my own country. And because of what? Because I want the throne? I bowed my head and smiled bitterly. “I guess, the foundation of this family is not that great because you are easily fooled by someone and now, you are doing this to me.” And I guess, I don’t really have any choice but to accept the punishment that they are giving me. I don’t have any way to prove my innocence. Those fabricated evidence are too detailed and I don’t have any idea how to counter them. I think I am still lucky to be part of their family because they are just thinking of removing my title as a princess and banishing me instead of giving me the highest punishment they can give to a traitor. I still want to save some of my dignity that’s why I help myself get out of there because I am sure that once they finish reading the verdict, they will call some guards and command them to throw me out of the palace.
