Brianna and Alexandre move together up the stairs from the subway, along the street and through the front gates. She is holding me, he is holding Dictionary. They stroll along the walk that cuts through campus, past the large, domed building framed by columns, past the rectangles of grass where younger Humans lie, caressing their phones.
Brianna arrives at the front of the same building where Samantha has her office. “The class is in here,” she says to Alexandre. They enter a large room with wooden desks that seem to cling to the stairs leading down to a stage. A podium stands before a large blackboard.
