Chapter SixteenAt 9:30 a.m. the Scott and Sarah selected seats in the conference room of Simmons and Winslow. Michael Graber and Bob Berg were shown into the room. “Good morning,” Garber said. “You know Mr. Berg, HR Director for Ellison.” “Hello, Mike. Good morning, Mr. Berg,” Scott said. “Good morning,” Berg said, and then added, “Hi, Sarah.” Sarah gave him a nod. Graber and Berg took seats on the other side of the table, leaving the seat closest to the reporter vacant for the witness. A few minutes later, a thin, worried looking man was shown in by Donna. “This is Gerald Orson,” Graber said, by way of introduction. “Mr. Orson,” Scott said, shaking a hand that was wet with perspiration.
