I pull up outside the cottage getting out of my car I just hope he’s gone cause if he hasn’t I’m going to take him to shreds and tear him a new ass hole. He’s a asshole prick I don’t even understand what Lex saw in him. He’s everything I expected him to be, up his own arse why she calls him Joker I’ll never know he doesn’t seem the type to crack a joke or make them. He’s so up in him f*****g self to even think Lexi would leave me for him. We have a contract. I void the first one after the first day we met she attracted my attention more than I would’ve ever imagined she was so hypnotising. Callum came to me for help and I was only to help after he told me her situation she’d been planning to leave him for years, but he’d never let her go so I agreed she could live in my cottage it was far enough away from realit for him to find her.
The sneaky fucker found a way she told me she’d smashed her mobile cause it had a tracker in it. What a f*****g prick Who does that? He ain’t no Mafia he’s just a possessive manipulative cockles sucking ass hole that thing he owns her. Guess what pal she’s mine I own her now this contract is non void and is not up for renewal like ever so you best get f*****g used to it.
I open the cottage door stepping in closing the door hoping she’s alone imagine the horror when I find out he’s still here.
I stepped into the lounge. ‘So has he gone?’
She opens her mouth. ‘Good morning.’
I look up at least he’s dressed with a permanent grin on his f*****g face I just want to rip it off his f*****g shoulders. I stay calm and I’ll let her have her say before I flip a mental and deck him.
‘You let him stay?’ I said angrily.
‘It’s not what you think.’ He pointed out
I looked at him angrily I didn’t want to listen to anything he had to say just her. But I let him continue I was not happy with this situation not one bit. And he’d find out soon enough about it.‘What is it then?’
‘I stayed in the guest room if you must know. The kids asked me to stay seen as it was getting late and it was growing dark.’
‘He stayed for supper?! I said angrily, My jaw clenched like my fists.
‘Chill the kids wanted me to stay. Cal weren’t to pleased either he stayed to to make sure I didn’t stray into her room so cool down.’ He stepped off the last step. ‘Tell the kids I said good bye we’ll talk about access the weekend and about me and you sharing custody or we could just keep it as I come here for the weekend till Izzy is old enough to stay with me.’
‘We’ll see.’
He kissed her cheek my blood rose I just wanted to knock him out right there and then, but I kept my calm I wasn’t sure how much longer I could keep this anger in. He looked at her. ‘Your boss looks rather narked is there something you’re not telling me.’
‘No there’s nothing.’
‘We’ll I’ll see you Saturday okay.’
‘Okay.’
‘Later lex.’
She smiled.
He looked at me. ‘Bye Corey it was nice to meet you.’ He said cockily.
‘Yeah you too.’ I said still gritting my teeth.
He opened the door stepping out closing the door. I waited till he had pulled away. I looked angrily at Lexi my anger still showing in my face and my fists. ‘What the hell is his game Lex?’
‘He doesn’t have one.’
‘Bull s**t Lex! He wanted you to go home with him for f**k sake he said so himself.’
‘And I said I wasn’t going so just drop it.’ She said walking away.
My fists fell apart. I grabbed her wrist. ‘Owe Corey let go you’re hurting me!’
I pushed her against the door. Looking coldly into her eyes. I had to make my point I had to make she knew where she stood in all of this. ‘Your mine Lex. You have been since you signed the contract agreeing to work for me.’
‘I know.’
‘So I’ll ask you again, what’s his game?’
‘He just want to see his kids Corey.’
‘And you.’
‘I’m not interested Corey he knows I’m not.’
‘He won’t ever have you back I’ll make sure of it.’ I pressed his lips on her kissing her hungrily and forcefully.
‘Get a room guys it’s early.’
I pulled away leaving Lexi shaken. Looking angrily at Cal how could he have agreed to let him stay knowing what he wanted out of it.
‘Has he gone?’
‘Yeah.’
‘Good.’
‘Why did you allow him to stay in my home?’
‘I had no choice Corey the kids begged. I tired.’
‘Try harder.’
‘He’s their dad though I have no time for him.’
‘I don’t want him touch her.’
‘Why do you think I stayed?’
‘Make sure you’re here every time he is.’
‘He’s not staying again is he?’
Lexi looked at him.
‘No Lex.’
‘It’s the only way Cal. He wants to see them they’re not going back there with him.’
‘Arron is eighteen for f**k sake it’s his choice.’
‘I’d rather keep them all here Cal until I can trust him not to take off with them.’
‘Fine I’ll be here but I don’t like it.’
‘Do you think I do.’
‘No I don’t.’
‘Well I’m off I’ll come round the weekend.’
‘Make it Friday. He’s coming here and I don’t want him to get any ideas about sleeping in the same bed as Lex.’
‘Sure. I’ll see you both then I’ve got to be in the office in ten so I’ll be here around seven Friday.’
‘Okay.’
‘Thanks Cal.’
‘No probs I don’t want him here anymore than you do.’
He opened the door stepping out closing it behind him. I look at Lex. ‘So did the kids get off to school okay.’
‘Yeah they got in the car you put in for them.’
I smiled. ‘Good... shall we? we’ve got a lot to get threw in these next few days ready for the pitch Monday.’
‘Yeah everything’s ready.’
I smiled. ‘That’s why I hired you you never sease to amaze me.’
She smiled and we went into the lounge to sit down and finish our proposal. We finished up after lunch I looked at her smiling. I was glad she walked into the office that day. I wasn’t sure to what I expected of her. Cal had told me about her and her ongoing problems when she was growing up always feeling like she was younger than her age with overbearing parents that made her rebel and leave home and make mistakes. And that’s when she met that prick but I was going to show her that not all men were like him I’d make damn sure of it.
‘Well we’re done let’s call it a day.’
She smiled throwing herself back on the sofa. I moved closer to her. We’d been in this situation so many times she’d backed off for most of them we’d celebrated many times as we brought new companies over for the business we’d got carried away drinking to our success and had f****d on all those times. I got closer. ‘Your so beautiful and talented Lex.’
‘Your just saying that.’
‘No I’m not. This is me talking without the drink inside of me. I was glad you decide to agree to the contract I never thought you would.’
‘I needed a job.’
‘And now.’

I laughed, this girl held onto my heart and my soul she’d make me laugh with her sassy ness and cockiness I loved this girl I just wished she believed it. This had nothing to do with the contract I’d grown to love her over the last three years. I had decided not to meet her in person till Izzy had turned one when I payed for a nanny to take care of her whilst Lexi worked for me on a part time basis.
I edged closer. My hand slithering up her leg onto her thigh.
‘What about Izzy?’
‘We have plenty of time.’ I got closer. ‘I want you Lex I always have.’
I pounced, my lips landing in hers kissing her she returned the kiss I slipped my tongue in continuing to kiss her. My hand sliding up her thigh I lay her back continuing to kiss her. Pushing her skirt up touching her, she groaned and I smiled. I pulled my c**k out and wrapped her legs around me she was so arroused I smiled pushing in, she gasped making me smile again my tongue twisting with hers. I thrusted harder as she moaned into my mouth wondering if he had this affect on her.
I shock the thought away as I continued to thrust deeper and harder as she came. I pushed one more time as we came together. I moved away looking at her our bodies both sweaty. ‘I love you Lex and he won’t ever get in the way. I’ll make sure of that personally.’ I said kissing her once more before I pulled away. She pulled herself up making herself look presentable. I zipped up and sat next to her my arm resting over the back of the sofa it was almost two and the door opened Izzy bounced over to us her nanny in suit . ‘I took her to the park and I got her lunch. I wasn’t sure how long you were going to work today.’
‘It’s fine thanks for doing all of that.’
‘My pleasure she’s such a treasure.’
‘She is. We’ll be needing you more once Izzy goes to school full time.’
‘Not a problem. I best be going I have a lot to do.’
‘Thanks again.’
‘No problem do you need me tomorrow?’
‘Yes. Till three we’re still working through the proposal.’
‘Sure sir I’ll see you tomorrow.’
‘You will.’
‘Bye Lexi, Izzy .’
‘Bye Lola.’
Izzy hugged her saying go bye before she left. I’d known Lola for years we grew up together whilst she perused her career in childcare I perused mine in business. We’d both done well for ourselves though it was her own company I hired her because she was the only one that I could trust with Izzy with almost twenty five years experience. She’d worked her way up over the years and I’d funded her business and her many creche’s.
